Please note, that solutions provided for L1 and L2 @ 7:52 are switched. I made the mistake during transferring equations from my notes to the computer screen. I apologize for the mistake.
How about your mistake about hand position on the wrench. Two short videos for you to try and prove wrong. ua-cam.com/video/tTbjLAm7XnQ/v-deo.htmlsi=885sZ8Fwt9Iw9fHV ua-cam.com/video/mk95F0hHS3U/v-deo.htmlsi=vdS4hI08-O6Tjshk
I did research and maths to come to this solution. Because it feels wrong. This would have saved me so much time. Such clarity!! Very eloquent!! Why I love the maths, Even when forgetting!! Thank you:::
Does this means when i extend more, higher torque are needed in order to get the same torque, for example in order to have the same 61nm with a 20cm extension, i will need to set my torque wrench to mayb 80/90 in order to get bolt tighten at 61nm?
There is nothing to calculate. You can stick the crows foot straight off the end of the torque wrench. In statics engineering class we learned that the total torque on the crows foot must equal zero. Otherwise, it starts spinning in space. Whatever torque is applied by the wrench to the crows foot is felt at the bolt and the bolt must resist with an equal and opposite torque. No need to change the torque setting on the wrench.
Hmm. I think I missed something because in the video he had a device that measured the force at the head of the wrench and with the extension, the wrench applied a different amount of force than what was measured at the head.
Thank you! This is a perfect, succinct explanation and description of the equations. And your last sentence are very true words.
Thank you.

Did you find the video difficult to interpret?
Best advice is at the end!
Great demonstration.
0:10 - if u r allergic to turds LoL
very helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Good tutorial. Thank you
You are welcome!
Awsome! Awesome!! 👍👍
Thanks!

Aku tidak percaya. Memang benar torgue di wrench tidak perlu diubah, tetapi bukankah jarak/panjang tuas mempengaruhi daya yang diperlukan? 🥴
