      Hello!
      45 seconds into my latest youtube video ( ua-cam.com/video/ENjXFkQhmX0/v-deo.html ) I talk a bit about the fabric I use AND why, but here is a quick summary:
      I use burlap as my backing fabric instead of the industry standard monk's cloth because it is much much cheaper and still works fine.
      The tufting monks cloth will preform better, its just easier to use and a little more durable, but still I choose burlap because I find it to be plenty sufficient

    Hi bro! What kind of cloth do you use and where do you get it? Greetings from Spain

    • @FlavorWorld
      @FlavorWorld  4 роки тому

      I either use monks cloth or burlap!!!
      monks cloth may be easier for you to get, but burlap is typically much much cheaper

    sup bro! man i created my canvas and everything. the carpet tacks are on it etc but man the cloth is not holding down on my carpet tacks man.. do you ever have the issue where your cloth isnt holding on tightly? what to do

    • @FlavorWorld
      @FlavorWorld  4 роки тому +1

      Yo!!! its probably because your tack strips are facing the wrong way! they are directional. If you look at the little spikes they all slant a certain direction. Make sure they're pointing outward to that they grip onto the fabric
