She was on the run from Wilmington came into Chichester first after she got off 95 and she had the Delaware state police chasing her I couldn't tell you for what because they still haven't released who she is or what she did wrong or they know she had an active warrant but I know that all that shooting back at one person was very disturbing unnecessary I mean she was one person. She had already flipped the black car into the building and then went into a person's home the husband was interviewed on Fox 29 and he had said that his girlfriend the mother of his child to grab the baby ran out the door and there was a firearm or in the scene so I don't know if she had a farm will shots were fired and so I'm assuming she had a firearm before she got into Chester but I don't know the whole story. That's what I heard a couple of news outlets say I heard the first press conference police officer announce that the Chester police was called in because shots were fired at police that I believe there was a carjacking involved besides the maroon car which was riddled with bullets unnecessary for one person absolutely. She had her she was already bleeding out on the couch of this couple's apartment they ran out of their home she took the keys and a firearm that the mother was licensed to carry and from there I don't know. What I do know is it is way too many shots for one human being. I don't I know it's protocol but it's not protocol to do it that many times really that's the protocol because if it is it definitely should not be and I doubt it is. They had cops there from Chichester Delaware Delaware state troopers Chester County and probably the county surrounding other parts of Delaware County cops
