I bought my copy yesterday and it looks and sounds awesome on 4K. BTW you didn't say the blu ray copy came a copy of the TV version lol. Ps it was 1985

I completely forgot about this'80s gem. I have to stop by my local video store and see if they're going to pick it up. Most likely they will they have tons of '80s movies I would love to see this on 4K

I remember first watching this back in the day, and many times since. It came out a year or so after Kilmer’s Top Secret. I love both. :) I have both on DVD so it’s about time to upgrade Real Genius. :)
I did a blind buy if this movie in 4k. What a terrible movie, it's not even funny. Picture quality was good though. I will place it in the for sale stack

I watch it about 4 times a year. Always loved it. Love the slipcover. I originally got the bluray when when it was released. So glad we got this 4K.

Sony is kicking butt this year. I like that they didn't clean up the 2.0 mono just left it natural for the purists. The atmos is solid too
