OMG! This 80s Dodge Conversion Van is AMAZING I love the wood paneling and the cassette player! This would be the perfect road trip vehicle! And only $125? That's a steal! Although, with 280,000 miles, it might need some TLC. But still such a cool find!

I could bet you that Dodge Caravan would make a good daily driver. Even at 300K+ miles, it would make a good daily driver. Someone took good care of that van.

Hi Randy. I owned a 2006 Town and Country with stow-and-go seating. With the seats in the stow position, I could haul 4x8 plywood and drywall and close the rear door. I called this van my DIY Hauler. When my mother-in-law passed, I placed her in my van and took her to the local hospital. She was always asking me to take her somewhere.
I wish I could have found that conversion caravan. I would buy in a heart beat. I so want it.

I had a 1994grand voyager custom van and absolutely loved it wish I could find another one with low miles.
I would buy it if I could! LOL.... I ran one of these vans as a taxi. It had over 500,000 on the drive train. It got rear ended, but I have no doubt that it would have broken a million miles. Everything worked.

That Caravan takes me back!! My mom had a mint green 1998 Caravan SE with the 3.3l V6 when I was knee high to a grasshopper. Great van until my dad blew the transmission out of it after he slid into a ditch and tried getting it unstuck. Anyway, that Conversion Caravan would be a good one for content in my opinion!

My Dad had a 99 Dodge minivan like this. Decent vehicle. He put over 160,000 miles on his with basic maintenance and tires.
I say bring the van to the channel fix her up sell her onto someone in need for a little more than you put into it

That dark orange color was known as Orange Blast Pearlcoat, also my favorite color of the Neon & SRT4. 🙂

I always hated the idea of driving a minivan, but with four young children, I found myself facing both the need and what I thought was a good deal on a used Grand Caravan. I loved that thing. Room enough for my entire family and friends. It wasn't quite the deal I was hoping it was, though, and bit the dust.
That gen Tacoma was 2005-2015,
With a refresh in 2009, and 2012.

In 2001, when I worked at a Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep dealership. We had a New car presentation event. I won the Auto Cross at Atlanta Motor Speedway in a Dodge Neon RT. I beat a driving instructor by 2.3 secs. I did tell him later that I worked at Road Atlanta. Then He looked at me again and said " I know You. You were MY driving instructor". We laughed. Top prize was a Ping Golf Putter. LOL !! I still have it and use it.
Has that 3.3L belt squeak.. There is a kit to replace all the pullies and belt with a a double sided groove belt. the original popped off when you hit a puddle
95 was the first year of the Neon. They started selling them in the summer of 94. I had a 95 sport coupe, it was a decent car.

0:50, definitely something you don’t see every day, probably because of the platform the van was based off of, definitely having a lot of weaknesses.
Most times when you, see or think about a Conversion Van, it’s a full-size chassis that can pull a lot of weight, definitely something you don’t get with a Dodge Caravan.
1:48, one thing this Van has that most Dodge Caravans didn’t have but needed, is storage behind the rear seats.
With this mileage, it’s probably had one or two engines, and or transmissions in it’s lifetime.
Dodge van is decent hope it runs. So surprised it runs. Wow somebody really wrecked that Benz so sad. Lincoln looks like a lot of work. Audi not sure

That 96 Dodge Grand Caravan would make a helluva good campervan due to it being a conversion Van with a high top on it.
...and that 3.3L V6 will run forever with minimal issues, so I'd def snatch that one up for cheap money.
