Interesting topic and nice video. My wife and I have been to Hakodate and Sapporo 20+ times in the last 25 years and were just there on 1/1 when the earthquake hit. While Sapporo is not a "wow" city, it has great charm that brings us back year after year. (We also enjoy the train ride from Tokyo and making stops along the way.) We particularly enjoy the underground walk to Susukino from JR Sapporo Station.
Honestly this is a rea;;y good video. I am in talks to going to Hokkaido to open a hostel business and this really gave me a lot of information I was trying to find!!! well done
Love your video. I'm going to have a 6 days trip in Hokkaido in mid January. Your video helped me alot and gave me an overview look on Sapporo. It's really really good. Keep up your good work.
A very good overview on the pros/cons of Sapporo, thank you! Also, that (hidden) tipp on using get your guide for booking a tour to Nigel Terrace really helped me - been stressing over whether or not to rent a car when I go there in winter (would need to apply for an international driver's license plus I don't really feel comfortable driving in snow with a rental…).
Right now, I'm making an itinerary for Sapporo and surrounding cities. From Southeast Asia. It's expensive. In making an itinerary, the struggle is real in saving for transportation fees. But i will never let the opportunity to go to Sapporo passed. Now, i understand why budget travellers just go to the usual tourist spots.

Love your jokes in between … ‘Sapporo roads are icy and slippery in winter, … it’s a pain in the a**…” 😂 literally if you slip!
Such an informative video! Thank you!
Very great video!
Love your video is clear
Very informative videos. Thank you! Time to plan well. Is there a way to ask you some questions?
