It was -30F yesterday morning in the opposite corner of the Saskatchewan grain belt from you. There was scarcely a breeze and the windchill was -42 Fahrenheit. Definitely our coldest day of the year so far. It did warm up slowly throughout the day so late afternoon when it was time to feed cattle it wasn’t too terrible. Wanted to move some wheat out yesterday but there was no way in hell I was starting an auger in that. The weather today over here? 28 Fahrenheit. It’s sure been a jumpy winter for temperature. Blaming it on La Niña. Look alright snow pack wise here. Maybe I’ll have some moisture to seed into this spring.
Just a little chilly...lol Was about 55° warmer than that here this morning.. just above 20°. Made it to 46° this afternoon. With a very brisk east wind🥶 watering is done, just gotta feed.. We feed a lot less hay below freezing, than above. They eat literally 40% to 50% of what they were eating. Deer gotta eat too.. pretty nice place for them to enjoy the day! Stay warm!! Thank you Roosty!!
We just suffered a major drop in temperature here in Southern Ontario, Sunday was nice but today Monday the 20th is pretty bitter, but I think it's supposed to warm up by the weekend again bundle up stay warm😊
G day from Kitchener Waterloo area Ont. Yes I have serious asthma Now I don't know if breathing is getting worse which I think it is, but this cold air does not help So were r u from? Ths
Ben met that is one great salvage yard, nice people well run and they pay well! I've taken some things in there and said here you can have it for nothing and they said nope we're going to pay you! Extremely honest people now you take care in this cold weather!
You need a heated water dish for the kittys Roosty! Haha. My dad has one for his cats. When i was a kid, he didn't like cats. Now they have a heated water dish. Hope it warms up there. We have here. Looks warm for a week coming up.
We've had a major drop in temperature to in Minnesota no snow though just 30 below zero temperature and a pretty stiff 25 mile an hour northwest wind makes for it to feel a lot colder. Thanks for the video always interesting to see what you're up to. Stay warm and out of the wind 👍
You are 0ne tough dude Roosty6! Here in South East Texas, we are in a panic because the temperature will drop to 16 degrees tomorrow night. May even get an inch or two Snow. Not to worry, though. By next Sunday the high will be 65 degrees F.

Not so tough but just got a job to do whatever the weather. The only place I'll see 65 degrees for the next few months is in my house. :-)
try and keep warm .
Supposed to start warming up a bit tonight they say.
it was -52F this morning..
Likely the wind chill factor. They said ours was in the -40s but luckily my yard is well protected from most of the wind.
@@roosty6 it felt like -52F. but now i hear a town a ways away from here was at -62F.. nooo thank you LOL....
