The ironic thing about getting angry when being judged and when I say judged I mean when people assume to know what another is thinking in why they did the thing they did. If someone sees me doing something and says, "Hey buddy, do you realize you just shot me a bird?" Then I'd say, "yes, I am having a bad day and am just angry and don't know why". Then the guy says, "no you shot me a bird because you think I'm dumb and short." Then I say, "how do you know what I'm thinking when I don't even know what I'm thinking?? Also, people that get mad because they are being judged in that way is also a person that will judge that same way. It is a vicious cycle.
My husband is ALWAYS angry. About EVERYTHING. He's always trying to start a fight with me. I won't engage. Then he says I won't answer because I don't lince to hear the truth.. he makes things up.
PTSD is horrible for triggering anger.
When I get angry I just punch myself in the face and quickly I'm not angry anymore because I'm usually crying.
