Sometime patient need slow speed in some cases with heart beat infusion on flow ...
In some case it need high speed in blood loss during accident and cardiac heart attack and cardiac arrest ..
So nurse expert or doctor should advice driver what type of emergency patient need when shifting from one hospital to another
