Kevin, thank you for your phone number. I wanted share my experience with the Lippert 167576 motor. It was an exact fit physical dimensions and replaced the Parker motor on my 05 Winnebago Adventurer 35A, Workhorse W24 chassis HWH 325 hydraulic system. The only difference was the need to add a ground wire from the motor terminal to the frame. The plus+ 12vdc wire connects to the "white marked" terminal for the correct rotation. I installed today and it's quiet and smooth. My Parker motor is now my spare. The Lippert 167576 cost $395 on ebay and Amazon, I bought the ground wire at ORiellys for 9 bucks. Thank you for all you UA-cam videos, I'm totally impressed.

My first Kevin Caudill video. I am a Certified RV Technician, have worked on RVs for years, and have watched hundreds of videos on, you name it. This is one of the best. And you did it one-handed. It is hard to find someone who understands the control side of an RV slide and leveler hydraulic system. Do one on how the hydraulic system gets its pressure, circular diagrams of fluid, and wiring schematics? You are impressive. I have a 2002 Journey with HWH leveling and slide system, and I've noticed difficulty using it recently. I will be checking out my motor this winter. Again, thanks.

First of all, thank you! It was actually fun to see you go through all your thinking and thoughts. One suggestion, when you are screwing something in or out, edit the time instead of making us watch. In other words there are things that you can speed up because we dont need to wait around watching things get screwed in or out.
Please don't let that suggestion make you think I wasn't very appreciative of all that you did. It was very helpful!!!!!!!

Kevin, even though it's 1year old, I watched your entire video!
The slide/jack motor on my 2002 Horizon stopped working right after I extended both rooms! It has the HWH 310 series, two room system.
It wasn't the motor brushes, they were ok. The ground brush holder was not making connection to the motor case ground!
The Phillips screw that fastens the brush holder to the motor rear plate would not unscrew!
I had to drill a new hole and put in a new screw. It now works!
Your video gave me enough info to remove the motor!
    Thanks!

HWH doesn't sell them. The electric motor repair place couldn't find some either. I had to buy a new motor from HWH. $320 as I recall. Same motor number as yours from the pics I took. I was able to clean it up and get good contact. Very difficult getting the brushes back on the commutator! There will be a need to check rotation of the Lippert. In your video I noticed, and it appeared the rotation was counter-clockwise looking at the shaft, can you confirm that?
