Just revisting your pronation videos and decided to check to see if you had made the video on tips and hints by visiting your channel. I really enjoyed your intro video about your journey with CF and this one. I love that you are trying to live every day in the present through meditation. I strongly believe in the ability of the human mind to overcome many physical problems. The placebo and nocebo effects are well known and demonstrate that amazing ability. I wish you all the best. I don't expect you to make too many more videos as you will be living your life...I am trying to do the same by meditating and focusing on living my life rather than checking into social media too often.
