Thank you for your reaction. They are in the uniform of warriors - because Ukraine has been fighting for 3 years. A lot of good people died here. But since certain things can't be shown on the show, those who put the visuals are just very cool. The fiery rain that you see is phosphorus bombs with which our cities are destroyed. From a distance, it looks beautiful if you don't think about why they are thrown. Shadows also dance in the cubes, those who are not with us because of the war, but they are still nearby.
Europeans were shown the horror of war in a production, the strength of women in the midst of war. But they didn’t understand that this could happen to them, they would calmly go in the morning to drink coffee and discuss a beautiful room in a cafe. The war is somewhere far away and it seems to them that it is not real. History is repeating itself as it did with Hitler.

@@user-yh3ic7xu2s Для більшості інших країн важко пояснити що 10 років тому почалась гібрідна війна, тому я тут пролінувався. Занадто важке поняття для людей які з цим не стикались, а тому не побачив сенсу розписувати все. Головне було чисто показати що тут нема нічого внутрішнього і єфімерного, а є конкретна приземлена війна, смерть і біль який дуже вдало втілили ті кто реалізовував наш виступ.

Hi! I'm from Kherson, a city in the south of Ukraine. You all know about us... You know about the occupation, then about Chernobayevka, then about 11.11.22 (about the liberation of Kherson), then about the blowing up of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station by Russian troops and the major flooding, all this time 24/7 russian troops (we call them "orcs") systematically destroy my city. I was and remain here. I'm a volunteer. It's impossible to convey in a few sentences all the pain that russia has caused us. And of course, not only to Kherson, but to the whole, ALL! of Ukraine! Many have died, many are fighting and will continue to fight. Our girls, mothers, grandmothers - they are the ones who deserve to bear the title of saints, they are our rear, they always think about those who are at the front. This is what this composition is about! I am very grateful to our representatives at Eurovision for sending such a message! You all - all the people of Europe, all the people of democratic countries must understand that EVIL is happening now, it needs to be stopped! Ukraine is now an outpost. If this is not done - there may not be another Eurovision. There will be a world war. This is the depth of this song! Please take this seriously! Otherwise, you will hear air raids and exploding shells nearby, just like I hear them now and all the time since 24.02.22!

In one of the interviews Jerry mentioned that the armour piece represents Saint Michael, The Protector. They used ancient icons as a reference and the piece itself was made by Ukrainian blacksmith in Odesa.
