You should definitely add spore blossoms around the buildings it would not only add a pop of color, but it will add a cool affect from the green particles. You can also add the cave vines that glow, it will look very nice and add more detail to the build!

this has got to be the better monument i have ever seen, is so cool and unique nothing like all the others, i also love the block palette and the shape of the houses it so cool to finally see something different that actually looks cool love this video
i think you should add a dome on top of the ocean monument, and then fill it in with water. it would really add some depth to the aerial view!

This was an amazing job! I drained the inside of a monument once with a ton less resources and it took me so long!
You should also build an item sorter that sorts the guardian loot and keeps the prismarine shoes and dispenses the raw cod into a lava pool
Why not funnel it into a lava powered super smelter? Then you get tons of food
@@johnfeistner467 I haven't been following this guy but he seems like he has a good supply of golden carrots, if not infinite, and golden carrots are objectively the best food in the game if I'm not mistaken. No reason to downgrade. Only other use for cod is if he wants to get an army of cats lol
edit: just saw his gold farm 20 minutes in, yeah definitely no need for cod as a food source

This is an amazing project. seeing it at night makes me think that the fountain could benefit from some sea lantern up lighting and maybe a few lanterns hung from fence posts along the paths and or rivers.

The megabase is absolutely lovely. I think it would be awesome if the beacons were either light blue or purple. That being said this really makes me want to try and do a megabuild in the ocean--despite the time and effort.

You should color the beacons like the rainbow! Red, orange, lime green, blue, light blue, cyan, purple, magenta, pink!
