    This is another example of how Shiro-san combines innovation with the best of the Japanese culinary tradition. The only problem with their restaurant is its popularity, that makes it hard to get in. But, now I'm inspired to go there at 2:30pm, with a good book, and wait for a seat that evening. Shiro and his colleagues have been a great gift to those of us in Seattle, for lo, these many years.
