- No explanation needed. It is just a big barrel ceiling. Building barrel vaults onsite can be tough and time consuming. Going prefabricated to build your barrel ceiling just may be the route for you. Check out our process and let us know what you think.

What is the lead time & cost to order this system? I have a client who wants to do a Barrel in a 13 x 18 room.

how do you sheetrock some thing like that?
Easiest method is to use a double layer of 1/4" dryall and wet the back to help it bend.

its easy when it comes prebuilt like that fireplace........... lets see you do it from scratch,... thats what I have to do, and its not easy
