i dont pay attention to what dlc items i use for my creations as i have all the dlc. But i can tell you that this creation doesnt use any dlc i think, only the 2b fighting style is dlc. If you tried following the guide in the game first you should see that hopefully it doesnt use any dlc.
The13thElysium’s Raiden is better look. But 2B’s combat style is a better fit.
