When dialing the range rod. I noticed you only dialed close to the muzzle end. Did you dial at the end of the rod off camera to align the bore for run out?
In this case the barrel was centered at both ends (muzzle and breech). I will go in with a long-reach DTI to check before and during the chambering process, unfortunately didn't get good footage of that. Thanks for watching and for the comment!!

That will never completely be centered With that tape’ brass shims are ok but if you did a video without the tape you quickly see Would be off-center
