just curious, once you checked in your bags at the lagos airport, they airline with be the ones to transfer them to your connecting flight during your layover? You Don't have to retrieve them yourself?

Hi there, thanks for the lovely compliment and questions. 1. I checked in my bags in Lagos and didn’t need to retrieve them when I got to Doha, all I had to do was two security checks before I boarded the connecting flight. 2. It was the usual multiple security checks of my passport, ticket and hand luggage as well as the full body check where you take off your shoes and socks. Hope this answers your questions 🤗

Hi there, no I did not need a transit visa when I got to Doha. When we landed, we were transported to the part of the airport where we boarded our connecting flight, and the layover was for a short period of time.

Yes the airline transfers your luggage, you don't have to retrieve and check in again.
