Mam pytanie czy ten chleb mozna zrobic pszenno zytni pozdrawiam

Zrobić można, ale to już może nie być ten sam efekt i generalnie ciasto będzie inne, bardziej klejące i chleby mogą aż tak nie wyrosnąć.
