I have had the opportunity to play with Joan Chamorro (the conductor) and I have to say that he is a great conductor, he knows how to express what he wants and on stage he simply enjoys the music
He's one of the best. He turned a bunch of 12-15 year old kids into the band you are listening to. They are good with Joel: ua-cam.com/video/EazJHMFvQ3s/v-deo.htmlsi=QfuagqxYdhZYweW7 They are just as good without Joel: ua-cam.com/video/EkfxnJQ3omA/v-deo.htmlsi=ipS5TakhN6FjInIx And they have over 1,000 videos on UA-cam, going back about 12 years!
I have no idea how you haven't exploded yet, great compositions, and great transcriptions. only 51 monthly listeners on spotify is a crime. also, greenhawk on spot when?!
Thank you very much, I guess the youtube algorithm has not recommended me enough yet. I also had certain moments of lack of perseverance, but I hope that this summer the channel will grow much more. Green hawk I will upload it to spotify in the next album that I am preparing (it will be around August or September of this year approx). I will advance you some songs and videos. Thank you very much for your comment :)
Eddoof already did a transcription of Finesse and Patience (not the velvet trinity version). these two are here finesse: ua-cam.com/video/i3rH7mH16Og/v-deo.html Patience: ua-cam.com/video/3mv79Mvw5jU/v-deo.html&t If you would like the velvet trinity version tell me and I will transcribe it without any problem :) Greetings!!
@@Xtela10 Oh, I didn't know that He did Finesse, that's great, but the solo version of Patience is quite different from The Velvet Trinity one, it would be awesome if You could do that. Thanks a bunch!!!
the most inventive tenor sax player with the Joan's kids....GREAT voice of today AND tomorrow ! with respect Joel and Joan...
this is so awesome! beyond words.
Sax player aside, that's the most aggressive conductor I've ever seen!
it's usually a sign of being a bad conductor, but this one seems to know what they are doing lol

Sure, I do it no problem. It still takes a week or two, now I'm doing my final exams at the institute and I don't have much time.
@@Xtela10 Of course! Take your time and good luck!

Triplet ta-ga-da? Sorry for my english
Who is that "guru" director?
Joan Chamorro from Barcelona in Spain. The band is 'The Sant Andreu Jazz Band'. see my reply to matthewrayner above for a bit more.
Este director es algo impresentable quiere abarcar más atención que el mismo solista , creo que no está muy bien
Whole band made of Timothee Chalamets.
