Melvin Carter Its funny how you would take one person’s comment of suggesting a scripture and try to use that to imply that we somehow get it twisted. Titus 2:11 actually says that God created grace for our salvation, that we can live with self control and the ability to stay away from sin and tricks of satan. Through this God gets the glory because he created Grace so that we may be saved. In the end God gets the glory and we can strive to live a righteous life through grace.

I don't understand why people intentionally come to this video or any other video involving Kirk just to say he is doing worldly things and that he is not of God. Be the person that compliments not criticizes. Be the person that scrolls right past a video that you wouldn't prefer rather than leave a negative comments!! I wholeheartedly agree with you but there are some people, who are so protective and sensitive about their faith in Jesus Christ. That if you are out here proclaiming and advertising for Jesus , then they want to see some results and there have been times in the media where Kirk Franklin stand for Jesus has been rocky, questionable compromising.

I only stated what i witness, from Kirk Franklin Himself in interviews, radio stations, and Red Carpet Events. That were questionable and compromising that came out of his own mouth.
People can throw the word judgement around, if they want to, in order to live a sloppy life without any accountability , when the Bible clearly teaches on proper judgment and having a discerning heart. Kirk Franklin is in a different arena of ministry. The whole world is watching and hes with celebrities and a lot of negative people have opinions. But there is no doubt that his faith still remains and his music still touches people, rather that be with Joy, Intensity, love, hope, encouragement, his music is powerful. The people judging simply wont understand because they are NOT where he is.
There is no doubt , that Kirk have made some of the greatest contemporary gospel songs , in gospel history. However, let not get it twisted when it comes to him representing the faith. I have seen him on interviews and red carpet events , where he always compromising his faith and always making excuses for living contrary to the word of God but when he is on the gospel channel ,then he want to preach and up hold the Word. Instead uplifting and defending the faith ,he is very slick in playing that we all are sinners game , when the media ask him a question , instead of telling it like it is !

We judge things every single day of our lives but when it comes to people representing the faith, then we love to use the bible scripture don't judge. The Bible also teaches that " you shall know a tree, by the fruit it bare " I did not judge Kirk , i only pointed out , what i have heard and observed from his own mouth. If somebody ask you, are you attracted to men ? You would say yes or no ! you are not going to sit around saying , well i don't know , maybe or maybe not , i have to think about it for awhile. Kirk has a habit of deviating from answering questions that will offend Satanic Hollywood.
I told you that, i heard him on many radio interviews and some of those interviews were over 30 minutes.
A person can let you know where they stand and what they believe in
5 minutes. I listen to Kirk for 30 minutes and all i get is , i am a compromiser and i don't want to offend santanic Hollywood. I am not taking anything away from his massive and gigantic talent , i do love the brother.
