Thank you for the new "Alone in the Dark"!
A very faithful & respectful remake, reboot or re-imagining that pays homage to the 1992 original. I had a great time with this game. Solid pacing, engaging story, interesting characters, great atmosphere, very alluring jazz music, and 1920s setting with it's gothic southern rural & noir vibe. The game is a solid revival for the franchise and I'm hoping for the Alone in the Dark series to continue with more sequels.
I would welcome a remake of Alone in The Dark 4 the New Nightmare. My teenage parties on PS One were incredible.😂

Thank god this exists, the 2008 game left a lot to be desired to say the least.
The game is good but the story is just all over the place. I really want more games in the franchise with Edward Carnbey .

Tbh with music, perspective, plots, this could be a masterpiece all the time. The puzzles and gameplay are just too bad, some irrelevant puzzles really drag the game down. Except from DarkMan, 10 or 20 years later ppl would not know what the symbol of this game is, climax puzzle?, cinematic chasing is missing.
Eh, I'd give it a 6/10
