I recommend quitting everything and mooching off your parents and having no friends, like me, then instead of being miserable, you can be miserable with less work.
If it helps any one I have a list called "3 things only". I start with a master list of everything I need to do, because if I don't write it down it will be forgotten, BUT I then take only 3 things from the list and write it into a separate list and just focus on those until I'm done. Then I go back to the master list and pick 3 more. My overwhelm comes from seeing too much at once. Same with laundry. Instead of trying to fold the entire mountain and then put it away I break it down in chunks by folding some until I run out of space, then put those away. Then I fold another chunk and so on.
