Spray jockey refers to a technician who just robotically sprays without paying attention as to why he is spraying that area but instead is simply spraying the total area.just because someone uses a compressed air sprayer does not automatically mean he or she is a spray jockey.i use applicable baits ,aerosols and treat the areas where I know German roaches will be
What brand handheld sprayer is he using in the beginning of the video?
Thanks For Uplading. Great job dude!
Hello there! I am helping out a nearby hotel by making videos teaching hospitality standards. For the first video, I need a few shots of pest prevention. Could I possibly use a clip or 2 of this video? I will give you & your company credit in the description bar when I post to UA-cam.

Not a good idea to be applying a product wearing nitrile gloves. Its not allowed in the state of California due to the fact they tear and puncture so easily. We use the green chem application gloves.
Great comment, however, the technician is actually wearing another pair of beneath those. Specifically the type that many people wear in green houses or in fields and orchards where not only do they wear them for protection from chemicals, but also thorns and potential cuts. The other part to this is that it needs to be understood that a number of these chemicals have no averse action to mammals (including us, especially the larger ones of us), and that our technicians go through continuous training to handle these chemicals.....even the Green chemicals.

And u'r mask......?
Also this video is 7 years old. The 14mil glove regulation is from 2015
Everything in California is stupid. If it is this, or not, or that. Come on guys, you only need to say that water can cause cancer or reproductive problems. lmao
Clean work - go ahead

So amazing!
Dust and seal up entry points , its called exclusion .
0:05 If equipment has wheels, move it!! Resist being a spray jockey.
Spray jockey lmao i thought my boss was the only one that said that. Right on my guy.
Always move something if you can but lots of industrial kitchen equipment may have wheels but might not be easy to move if the wheels are blocked with grease and debris
Where is your MASK to protect your lungs?please wear it before you do the treatment.
The pesticides Essential uses do not require a mask and pose no threat to technicians or the employees in the food handling industry. None of the product labeling requires the use of a respirator.
But you need to protect your technician at all times.eventhough not required, you need to advise the pest control technician to wear protective mask.
Seriously dude
seanne jade clearly you did not understand him just address that issue. Although you insist for the technician to wear a mask at all times the fact is that he does not have to. Get over it weirdo
@@seannejade only if the label requires it
Great
nice
Good ol delta dust
Ok but where is the resptiear face mask
3 years later. I know. You people are hilarious. Not every product label wants a respirator. It's not required. Get over it.
@@Sryth Honestly it's people like you I avoid as an exterminator having to use these chems all the time like daily will cause pesticide build up in your body if you are not careful other exterminators and even the department of agriculture recommends the use of long sleeve shirts pants gloves a hat and a mask with some kind of filtration at the very least cuz I'm not saying you need to go around everywhere with a tyvex suit and a full face respirator but come on use common sense.
@@Sryth most products today need no gloves or respirator
I'm peat control.
