Here's what I saw in today's episode...A really good Miller welder and a guy that really knows how to weld. Trent, obviously you have welded many things in your past. Beautiful and not a hair-out-of-square welds! Also noticed Lika really likes being there with you guys, she is for sure a people dog.
It's looking great Trent! That axle is gonna have to be moved a 100 times, so make it easy. Get you two of those dollies from HF and set your jack stands on them(you may have to add some boards on them to accept the size of the dollies ) and then set the axle back on the stands.That way moving it around won't be such a pain.
I have a off a road vehicle. I love trucks! I was a bit disappointed to find out that you are attracted to Mopar, 😆 I like Ford, Chevy, & Toyoda 😆 anything but Mopar. I wondered why, given a choice, you would pick RAM. Now I know.

What initially seemed like a forbidding adventure is proving to be an ever titanic but less far-fetched undertaking. This is thanks to Mike's help but above all to your talent for problem solving.👍✌️

Your quite a welder on the quiet there Trent , that all looks top notch, I'm used to watching you wing most things but those welds look like you've been doing it for years, I'm curious about the actual design of the frame , is there like a tried and tested basic setup for crawlers ? excuse my ignorance I'm in the UK and crawlers aren't such a big thing here compared to basic off-road
There are some recommended shapes and best practices. But it’s always fun to try something new or put your own spin on it! Hopeful that it turns out well 😎

if youre still able to get the axles in and out of the diff it should be straight , the welding often mess with the alighnment of the inner and outer bearings
