Don’t know about that idea of maintaining an aggressive cycling position, especially if you’re touring eight hours a day. I’d love to be in an upright position.. that aside, best touring bike i ever had.
I dunno, isn't the Ogre advertised as a commuter bike. You are immediately comparing it to a touring cyclist's posture. The Orge has a taller stack than the Bridge Club. You can get a better heads-up posture for paying attention to hazardous road commuting without having to install extra handlebar spacers on the steering tube or highly raised handlebars.
