There always used to be starter homes available to buy for young first time home buyers. But for many years now other investors bought all the housing and rent it all out at rip off prices. Fairfield needs way way more housing to fight the housing shortage. Real houses. No apartments. So its perfect that this billionaire wants to do mass building near Fairfield. Younger generations in this area need a chance at their own decent life and fair cost of living. At the moment young people most of them in this area are suffering immensely with the impossible cost of living increases. Jan Sramek is a genius in his 30s he is from Czech Republic a nice European country always allied with USA. He moved to Fairfield and lives here with this family. Dont spread lies and rumors.
