Hello, I have a 2008 l322. Can you please confirm that I can go back to the OG screens that show me the 4x4 menu and ride height settings? I know you showed some vehicle info in this video but im asking about the OEM screens. Also, will this work for LHD?
Thanks for comments Matthew. We are always on the look out for competitive wholesale prices and we have been successful in finding a more competitive price. Huge price drop to £549.99 now.
Would the headrest monitors of the RSE still play video from the OEM DVR (not controlled from the head unit, but from the handheld remote)? If so, you have a sale. Please advise.
I’m looking for an upgrade to the head unit and the rear screens, do you sell anything that upgrades the entire cars multimedia (headunit, rear screens, DVD etc.)?
Hi I have the same unit, One issue with the microphone during a call the other side can't hear me clearly, I installed a back mic but I don't know how to change the settings to work with the back mic instead of the built-in microphone. Any idea?
It would most likely be in the factory settings of the unit, if not you'd need to have a mess around with the location mic also, but first thing I'd check on would be inside the factory settings menu, that and ensure any echo cancellation is switched on on the unit.
Is this unit plug and play with a 2003 L322 Vogue with the Harmon kardon factory sound system? im after a unit just like this and dont mind spending a bit more money for something that is good want to know more about it as it is on the expensive side, shame it wasnt a little bit cheaper as this does look like a good unit, does it include a warranty when i purchase from you guys
HI, best thing to do would be to send us a picture of your car's current dash over so we can do preliminary checks on your car, you do get a 2 year warranty and lifetime support beyond that warranty if you need help beyond the 2 years, there is also another unit for this car, which looks a bit better in terms of UI, you can have a look at it here: www.iceboxauto.com/range-rover-vogue-l322-2003-12-123-gps-android-100-wifi-4g-carplay-dab-bt
This looks great. Would the headrest monitors of the RSE system still display video from the OEM DVR (not controlled from your head unit but from the OEM handheld remote)? If so, you have a sale. Please advise. I asked this question as part of Josh's reply thread, but wanted to make sure you saw it. Thanks
Hello @Fridder: I never received a firm response, but my impression is that the RSE DVD system may not be fully controllable (audio and video) with this unit installed. If this is the case, it is a showstopper for me. If I hear otherwise, I will post an update.
does the original systems still work on this: Land Rover sat nav so not having to hotspot or mirror phone (which has always defeated the whole point to me). tv system on the front and rear headrest screens. and the on board computer and air suspension system?
Hi, going in order, you'll maintain the car's original menu with this system, you can swap between the OG menu and the new Android OS menu, you can hotspot the system, or you can use Bluetooth through CarPlay/Android Auto on the system, via a Data Connection on your phone, you may also put in a 4G dongle or a SIM holder through one of the USB inputs this system has, as for the TV's on the headrest, i don't believe this system would work with them, and the OBD/Air Suspension, as long as it's inside the OG menu you'll retain them
Good question! This unit will support a DAB antenna, we can supply them on our site, we have them for £39.99 on our website, you can have a look here: www.iceboxauto.com/dab-add-on-for-our-android-series-2-2
Hi, the original head unit is replaced, with a new screen which has the OS e.t.c built-in, only the screen is replaced it works with the car's original AMP and the DSP should remain
Hi, is the radio playing though the original menu or the android OS side, as they can conflict, you need to go back to the original and make sure it's off, as well as not using both sets of Bluetooth, hope this helps, any more issues, send us an email to admin@iceboxauto.com and we can advise further, only thing is if it's not our unit you've got the steps might be slightly different, thanks
Hello,I'd installed back original radio, turned off radio, then connected Android and now I have silence 🤐 Android is working but I don't have any sound. Should I do some manual changes with Android?
This one can be a bit of a pain as you might have to get access to the amplifier if your car has the upgraded meridian sound system, its usually behind the Glove or under the front passenger seat
We usually recommend with these systems to get a Mobile DAB+ Application and use it through CarPlay/Android Auto, we mainly supply the DAB+ for older models which don't support Android Auto or CarPlay, the option is there if you wanted one, but it's not necessary, thanks
Hi, this system has an 8-Core processor with 8/64GB of RAM and ROM, so it's incredibly fast compared to some of the cheaper alternatives on the market.

This looks amazing 👏 😍 good effort guys 👌 I would definitely do this on my L322 but not at £750.

Does the 360 degree cameras work?
Would the factory dvd screens in the headrests still work with this upgrade ? Regards, looks lovely.
Sorry Josh, they would not pair with our system.

How hard is this to install? I am seriously thinking of getting one. Also, what is my warranty?

Hi, do you mind putting this in an email to us at admin@iceboxauto.com as we would need to doublecheck with our tech team, thanks
Sure. I just replied via email. Thanks

I’m also curious . I haven’t heard a definitive verdict on RSE working with these android units

How do you access the original menu? I wish you had shown this in the video

Looks awesome 👍🏽 what would this be with a DAB upgrade aswell? Not using a DAB app through the CarPlay

@@iceboxauto thanks a lot! How long will fitting of the screen plus the DAB antenna take?
Is the original head unit relocated or removed entirely? And does the logic 7 amplifier and dsp remain? Or is it replaced ?

For that price I’d expect DAB at least
