Hi Luke, we the audience (even us all the way in New Zealand like me) are up for "Whatever Wednesday" if it means more content from you. You're channel is what has opened me up to the Porsche World and Culture and the goal is to own one one day. You need to drive a Porsche around the roads of the South Island.
Ive never been to Switzerland before. will have my first trip there next month and im gonna drive the susten pass inspired by all your amazing beautiful video !!!
Good choice, my favourite by far - provided you start in Wassen (UR). The side on the canton of Uri is probably the best piece of tarmac in Switzerland.
This is the perfect definition of "RAW" experience - no gimmicks, strip out interior, no fancy radio or entertainment screen, light weight windows and aluminum chassis A stick, 3-pedals, analog dials and no power steering - that's how you experience Porsche in it's most raw form.
Luke my friend when you focus on quality things are always better. your videos are nothing short of outstanding. truly. I've watched every video since you drove that black 991 turbo s. you have driven cars no other English speaking UA-camr has done. that's a fact. im a modded Porsche fanatic. im from the states and a RUF fanatic since '1984 ten years old. there is no other video where a spot sportec was driven a Kermit green turbo r 993, epic Porsches. your channel has been one of my favorites forever I search for modded Porsche everyday its way easier than looking at any of my over 4000 that 4 one thousand of car magazines since 1977. also after thinning them out. I've been a car lover since I was born and the cars you do videos on are always top notch. I've a sportec fan, big time as well as most Porsche and even German tuner cars. the greatest thing I could ever see on this channel would be an in-depth tour at sportec. you seem to great an ungodly great rapport with them I mean they toss you keys and say don't f-ing wreck it!! seriously I will never get the chance to go to sportec and see a real spr or any weapons grade Porsches they build. I think it would be a highly viewed video but more important someone can not know anything about them but they can watch a tour and see everything its like a record a look inside of a real renegade tuner company with the German ethos. oh please if they are ok with please make a video tour. it would be great fr the company as well. well sir another just wonderful car that's never been on UA-cam and its a tuned Porsche the world is in harmony some f-ing where. be well amigo. cheers
My favourite car channel now doing 2 videos a week, this keep me calm thank you!

Whatever Wednesdays! Congratulations Luke, looking forward to your unfettered content. Really quite enjoyed this video. I do hope you are able to commensurately relax and have fun with the new format, especially excited to see what comes to life. Thanks so much.
Could not even imagine seeing those views in person! I mean watching on a video and I'm just awestruck. Especially with that car! Keep up the amazing work, you could just post once a year and I'd still be here. Thanks for keeping us entertained and me motivated to one day be able to see those VIEWS!
Thank you, Luke. Although I am from Switzerland and have a deep love for the majestic Alps and all they encompass, I would readily trade it all for the sun-drenched canyon roads of California.
The roads around LA are very fun like the Santa Monica Mountains, Angles Crest Highway etc,, I always dream of the Alps when driving the Sierra Nevadas, bordering California & Nevada.
Luke. I hope you read this. On behalf of your fan club, and the world, we love your videos. Don’t let the pressure of dropping new videos on a regular frequency get to you. Your videos are amazing and we will wait. Don’t feel pressure to hit a cadence. It’s always a pleasant welcome and surprise to see your latest video. Enjoy life, enjoy what you do, and don’t take it too seriously. Otherwise it doesn’t become enjoyable for you. Your passion speaks volumes. Love ya man. 🤙🏼👊🏼
That 911 is amazing! It looks and sounds like an absolute riot. Do you think you could do a review of a Rico Customs 911 this year? It would be interesting to get your perspective on one of their builds.
Having off this week, I wanted to do a pass tour in my 996.2 GT3 (not sure which are already open) - but the weather is not on my side at the moment. Don‘t want to get into rain or snow with my Cup2 😵
Utterly spectacular venue and car. I'm really jealous, though I don't think my back is. She might be a *little* too hardcore/harsh for my liking. BTW, any idea what headlights those are? Are they their in-house units or do they source them elsewhere. Been looking for a set for my SC
Amazing job and video Luke! The footcam is perfect, very great footwork! I hope that you will keep this angle for your next driving videos, it's very interesting and your heel toes are very pleasant and satisfying to see. :D
Bonjour, encore une très belle vidéo avec des images splendides et une bande sonore très travaillée. Merci encore pour votre travail et attention aux Mercedes 😉
Hey, just take us along the way with you and show us whatever you are up to, i dont need the quality to be over the top anytime! Its bonkers anyway. Thanks!
Hi Luke, Love the vids. Question: Switzerland has some of the strictest speed enforcement in Europe. How do car enthusiasts like yourself deal with this. There are cameras everywhere. Thanks.
990KG, manual Porsche, semi-slick tires on cold conditions, Swiss Alps with no barriers... not sure if I'd make it home :-)
😂
Yea with a arm workout trying to even keep the car as straight
Yes, this is something for safe drivers ;) In any case, it's back with us now and is in active use for test drives

Its like watching a movie, love the shots
Happy to hear 🙏
Always watch the vids on my big screen in 4k
Your videos are always masterpieces ! Most people don't pay as much attention to details as you do, don't think too much you are doing great!

A good description for our SUB1000 :) This was the goal to give a real driving experience again without any filters
The Mercedes driver almost put himself in life long debt 💀
😂
He was trying to check out his Lewis Hamilton bomber jacket
@@RANGOF90 😂
Perfect shots and excellent music choice. Whatever Wednesday is going to be a banger

🙏
The shots are beautiful 🤩 would love to drive in the Euro mountains
Hey man. I really love your work and your one of the inspirations I have to try and create something. I was inquiring on how you record your car audio
Happy to hear. Audio on this is filmed with my Diety shotgun mic
Thank you 👍😊 Awesome custom Porsche, magnificent backdrop and what a very cool way to start your new series!
Cheers 🤘🏻
Good to see you posting more videos again! Did the car start to run better again when you got back down to lower elevation?
Thanks and yes has zero issue with staling once lower down again
Stunning videography and stunning car! Thank you!
Cheers 🤘🏻
Only with the intro you already have my like , you’re amazing creating videos 👏🏻💙
Very kind thanks 🙏
What a beatiful car and beatiful shots!
Cheers! Yeah the car is stunning, has so many compliments the last days with it.
That 911 is amazing! It looks and sounds like an absolute riot. Do you think you could do a review of a Rico Customs 911 this year? It would be interesting to get your perspective on one of their builds.
Yess! Keep them coming. If this is a _whatever_ it's better than most.
Your videos are always so good Luke - you are too tough on yourself. Anyhow - looking forward to more uploads.
As long as you enjoy what you make, we will enjoy what we watch!
🙏
Would loooove to drive this thing absolute dream of a build just pure rawness perfect for the mountain passes 😍
and look at the holes around the pedals, what a restoration....
Do you have more details? Killer stance; what is the wheel / tire combo exactly? Engine details?
Link in description, as I already filmed it once going into more detail I didn’t this time.
For the purist alright! Lol Good idea for the Whatever Wednesday. Glad to see you back!! Cheers
🙏
Still great quality. Loved it. Cheers
Cheers 🙏
Always have to watch twice. Once to take in all the epic views, second to take in the car/route details. 🤓🙏

Great you are back!
🫡
Starting my day with Porsche video🥰
You are living life at it's finest❤❤
Amazing job and video Luke! The footcam is perfect, very great footwork! I hope that you will keep this angle for your next driving videos, it's very interesting and your heel toes are very pleasant and satisfying to see. :D
Thanks :) I’m still learning heal and toe but thought it’s good to see the progress.
@@carswithluke Very good job guy! Keep the footcam to watch your future progress please. ;)
Two in one week! What ia going on????? Almost makes the drought we have worth it! Loving it.
I know I comment it often, but: Really ❤ your vids. And if you‘re into classic Porsches, I hope you get the chance to drive a Singer Porsche. 😉
Appreciate the love very much. And yes I agree, just need to find one.
Amazing as always your videos🙌🙌. One question, which camera do you work with?
That Mustang at the end
I do have a video planned with an old Mustang
Hi Luke, I'm Your Big Fan
From Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
Appreciate it 👊🏻
Love the video, love the car, love whatever Wednesday already!
❤️🙏
Bonjour, encore une très belle vidéo avec des images splendides et une bande sonore très travaillée. Merci encore pour votre travail et attention aux Mercedes 😉
Haha Merci 🙏
I love whatever Wednesday already!
Haha good!
Good video. Maybe use stability on the closeup talking to camera bits. Those parts were difficult to watch.
Zwischengas works perfect with the pedal position.
Yep! Really enjoyed to start practice it.
Midweek update -> best idea!!! 🤩
🫡
What a nice weekend car specially if you live near mountain passes like that.
Very much! Exactly that it was made for
Hey, just take us along the way with you and show us whatever you are up to, i dont need the quality to be over the top anytime! Its bonkers anyway. Thanks!
Really really nice! You have an incredible talent for capturing the beauty of vehicles in pictures. Mega!
Thanks mate
Hey Luke, aren't these roads still salted at this time of the year ?
Nope, it’s 9C up there
Luke, upload some your less ‘perfect’ older films that you haven’t released before on Wednesdays.
Love it!🔥
Beautiful. I had a stick shift Pinto back in the 90's which I thought was quite cool. Why am I reminded of it here …? 😂
Nostalgic 😃
@@carswithluke I meant the ‘70’s - Pinto wise !
Hi Luke,
Love the vids. Question: Switzerland has some of the strictest speed enforcement in Europe. How do car enthusiasts like yourself deal with this. There are cameras everywhere. Thanks.
Perfection 💎 🇸🇪
Wow what an amazing car and a very nice movie! 🏁🤩👍
Hey Luke, you should definitely move to the mountains, we the audience concur.
Chalet/mountain vlogs full time, the dream.
I was Watching TV Watching THE DUKES OF HAZZARD but I have Found this Orange Car that I have Found as it's a 1968 Dodge Charger R/T General Lee.
I would love a video about the 987 Spyder. I'v heard that these offer the best value for money. Because there only around 40k €. Great video btw.
Cheers and yes I would luke to use Wednesdays upload to film some more affordable and alternative cars for sure
Love it!!!!
you should make a SOUND ONLY video once per week, should be easier with the right car, just an idea ;)
Now that more likin.. more vids more fun😊
Yep. Good call. Move to the mountains...
Quality vid 👌
Thanks 🤘🏻
My dad used “That guy took his half of the road out of the middle” when they went over the line like the Mercedes driver.
Haha brilliant
Nothing quite like a car made for one purpose. Compromise kills fun.
amazing
🙏
That's such a lovely paint choice, do you know the specific name of it?
I will have to ask, had so many compliments in it
Very nice! How about a transaxle Porsche? 924 Carrera GT, 968 CS, or a normal one 😊?
924 is on the list to film, a friend has one I will try to take soon.
Cant wait to see it! Maybe that will convince my wife to go to Switzerland with my 924😅
use a gimble if you can, footage around 03:00-04:00 is tough viewing in bigger screens!
It’s just my lens that’s making it shake more than usual while walking, it goes back for warranty next week.
dang!
5:12 bro, you got a hole in a floor
