Yes I took my kids there for Christmas and New years it was a blast there was 12 of us all adults It cost 35000 dollars from Dec 19 to Jan 3 23 It’s a nice place to go cheers everyone from Canada 🇨🇦

(2) What was the total time it took once your plane landed until you arrived at the resort? (3) What time do the buffets close at night? (4) Is there a late night place to get food? (Our flight only arrives in Cancun at 6:45pm.)
We traveled end of May. We landed around 3pm and got to the resort around 7pm. Traffic was horrible on a friday afternoon. Contructions everywhere. The buffet opens til 930pm. If you arrived laye i would ask Reception where the late night buffet is. It supposed to be setup after 1030pm. Seeing you arriving late i would pack some snacks or buy some food at the departure terminal before going on the bus to the resort.
We are headed there in April,,,, the lagoon that you snorkeled in, was it easy to get to? It appears to be more of an inlet then a lagoon. (Lagoon being brackish water, vs inlet being salt water)
I made another video how to walk there. Look for SECRET LAGOON video. It's not too bad of a walk. Just the last 7 minutes are marked jungle path. I don't know the term Lagoon/Inlet. It's fresh water from the surrounding Cenotes flowing into the ocean.
We are going to book this resort in January. Can you please share to me how did you book the shuttle/transportation that you get to the resort from the airport? Is there any free transportation that the resort provided?
We book this hotel with our vacation provider Sunwing from Canada. Usually if it's a flight and hotel package, the hotel transportation is included. Sunwing had people outside the arrival terminal with big signs. We just flag them down and they told us which bus number to take. If you book directly with the hotel then you have to book your own transportation. A lot of people book book private transfer because is twice as fast to get to the hotel.

@@DervFuel No. The cenotes are marked with an Alligator sign. Easier for the crocs to hide . The Lagoon is too clear for the crocs.
