Okay a few things: I love this video, thank you for sharing. I too have an athletic build, courtesy of my father, but I think my shoulders are a little more broad than yours. And I have no hips, but I have hip dips on my legs. Currently my belly is big too but I used to mostly be built very similar to you! I had a son and he is now 8 and I have fallen off bad. I have been out of weightlifting for 2-3 years and have no idea where to begin. I have multiple glute plans I've purchased, but I have anxiety about the gym. I have lots of equipment at home (squat rack, trap bar, booty sprout and bands, 300lbs weights of plates. I want to skip upper body as well, but do you have any idea if I train legs only if I will still lose inches in my belly while in a caloric surplus? For reference I am 5'2 and 147lbs now. Used to be 115-120. Sorry for the lengthy message. All in all you have inspired me and I want to get my body and strength back!
Thank you for explaining the hip abduction machine. I’ve used it and always thought why am I really on this machine?! 😂your body is perfect btw! My goal is to reduce the appearance of cellulite in my legs. I definitely think adding these leg exercises will help!

I’m going to try this next leg day. It looks like you’re calves grew as well. Do you do something else for those? I can’t seem to grow mine smh
I don’t do calves at all surprisingly! But you can use your toes on the leg press.. or hold plates down by your sides and stand up & down on your tip toes (hopefully that makes sense)
Did you begin with any help ? Trainer etc or you just came up with your own plan for gains & workout routine?

How do you know when to switch it up ? Also is that planet fitness?
I usually wait about 8 weeks to switch up. And even when I do, I don’t always switch out every exercise. You can turn some into supersets, single leg, etc

Can you do a at home alternative
It would be the same just without weights. You can use the resistance band as well
Be feeling like people watching .. then shy , less confident because im so small at that .. I am 120 & i think they be wondering why her tiny a** in here 😂
