    The comentator knowledagble and she brings up a great point about the pressure these athlethes face.its something noone talks about and so fans of the sport never grasp these things

      @@kelledc - I didn't say it was intentional; I said it was incompetent. The person is obviously looking at data that is either inaccurate (and should be caught on the fly -- if for some irresponsible reason proper research hasn't already been done beforehand), or the dolt can't read. Either way, I would definitely not assign the word "knowledgeable."

    Good times for high school girls. Hopefully they will continue to progress. The professional circuit is stacked! And of course, we have the Jamaicans to contend with. Their top girls go sub-11 in high school!

      Junior... it's pretty crazy too because she's not even mature in her body yet. She's a bigger girl so her compact muscle development isn't the same as most or what it's going to be. She still has baby fat type weight around her hips and belly and I don't mean it in a disrespectful way.

      Yeah when I see them when announcer announcing their names..I said that girl will be last because I saw she got some fat,she doesn't look fit, and she's looking heavy but when she start jumping in the starting block I was damn she's look ready and she's proof me wrong..congrats gurl

      @@christopherhaak9824 they don't have Shawnti Jackson here who recently broke the high school record on June 3rd with a time of 10.89. That's why I said it's slow compared that to 11.21 😄

      @@christopherhaak9824 Mia is fast but you gotta remember Candace Hill ran a 10.98 sec 100 meter legal wind at age 16!! Granted, this was 7 years ago and she has had many many leg injuries since but she's making a slow comeback...recently ran a 22.57 sec 200m. She's recovering slowly from stress fractures.

      @@thecoach11 Can you please explain in DETAIL how Tori Cameron would get washed in Texas......................except when I looked up the girls 2023 Texas UIL State Track & Field Championships that took place last month in Austin Texas May 11th-13th.................Tori had the fastest 100M time of any female, any division with a time of 11.35 seconds in Class 4A Girls?
      Are you just a hater..........or are you trying to say the fastest girls in Texas decided not to go to the Texas state championships, so Tori won by default?
      And if so, who are these alleged girls? Names?

      ​@@gunner-qf9ehvictoria is amazing! She got 4th here, but her best a couple of weeks ago is just a tenth of a second off of Sha Carrie hs record. Mia has an 11.00 personal best and still has her varsity uear left. Both are amazing. Aria pearce is a phenom at just 14 years old with similar times.

    There is another girl to look out for that just beat mia.i forgot her name.but she ran an 11.0 and mia ran 11.08.this girl had a record time of 10.78 a month or two ago.thats the competition i like.but this girl gets great starts.thats something i think you dont teach and i am not sure you can improve it.

      I dont recall but she has been consistent lately with close to 11seconds a few times.thats good for her.consitency is key.if only she could improve her start

      Her name is Shawnti Jackson! She ran a 10.89 earlier this month not a 10.78 lol. She’s committed to Arkansas and her father is a former Olympian and 400mh world champion
