any tips or suggestions for cheaper apartments on/near kent campus am looking to move into an apartment next fall as it is cheaper than the dorm especially with roommates
Not to sure, they don’t have the greatest reviews, but the rate is lower. My girlfriend is a property manager in Kent and they rent out bedrooms and apartment, November is when they usually fill the rooms. It’s Hauch Housing

What do you think about College Towers Apartaments? I see they have incredibly lower rates compared to the other student housings.
