I feel for you. Been there enough times. You're trying to do something the right way and...crunch! Good luck to you. At least she's back on all fours again and snarling like a rabid badger.
Smiling watching you wiggle that gearbox. Did exactly the same trying to get an LT77 onto the back of a Rover V8 engine 25 years ago...so close, but so far. Seemed silly to have to use an engine crane, but it was the only way. Bad luck with the rear window. No way it can be drilled out from inside the cab amd replaced with a slightly flexy perspex one?
Hello Andrew, I feel for you.
Thanks Andy well put together as usual
Gutted for you about the glass. You would really have thunk it was safe!! Great to see progress otherwise, that gearbox looks fabulous!
Andrew, that is really a shame about your window . I'm sure you will solve the issue one way or another. Sounds great !
Shame about the window Andrew, but on a positive note, she sounds absolutely awesome 👍

Very good video Andrew. The car looks awesome! I know you can fix the rear glass. After all you built.😊
Haha, let's hope so!!!
Could you break the glass and pull the pieces out, drill some holes inside the cockpit to add a plexiglass piece instead of glass??
I was wondering if you had come up with a plan yet ! One step forward...😂
Have indeed mate, the videos out this coming Thursday!
what a fury!
Don't look at the rear window snafu as a problem but an opportunity to get creative and make it easily removeable and replaceable.
Absolutely!
Shouldn’t you have oil in the gearbox before running the engine ? The primary shaft will be turning.
Not something I considered for one second I must admit!

Glad I've not been the only one to suffer! haha, I've a plan for the rear window which will be out in the next video :-)
@@RatchetRebuilds looking forward to it!
