I like channels like this that highlight the struggles of others. I have had addictio issues my whole life and it's nie to know i am not alone. This guy seems like a sweet soul. I wish him all the best
This dude is in massive denial. He is relatively high functioning compared to other fent addicts, but he is not high functioning by human standards. Wish him the best.
This Guy is A prime example of why the Windshield is Bigger than the Rear view Mirror! The past can eat you Alive and Strip you of the future if you let it . We have to stay focused on whats Ahead and who can we help ect .The mind is a Powerful thing and we as humans are sensitive creatures that can Be destroyed and sometimes we have to be reborn Spiritually, Which only the very strong can survive ! I always tell people ,Because I have to tell myself ,Give yourself some Grace ! And Give more Hugs Because I truly believe Whether rich or poor , You have to have gratitude for the fact we even get to live and experience this life
This is not high-functioning. Im speaking as a former functioning opiate addict. I held down my job in finance, helped my son with homework every night & attended all of his sports obligations, paid my bills, was always a doting spouse, kept my household clean, kept my appearance together (every two weeks I had to go to the hair & nail salon), went to the gym, and managed to start saving a little towards the end. The emergence of fentanyl on the streets actually helped because it lasted longer so I didn't need as much. Once I was down to a bag a day (i only snorted- no needles or anything) I figured I could just taper off. I basically quit cold turkey. Was sick of running from withdrawals because I stopped feeling 'high' a long time ago. No rehab or other programs. You just have to be sick and tired of wasting time/money. My husband & I got clean at the same time. Its been 3 years and we never turned back.
Couch surfing at 36 isn't functioning. Something will come to a head one day. Weed, Meth & 3 grams of fent a day??? There is only one place that inheritance money is going.
High functioning? I thought high functioning would imply a home, car, responsibilities , etc. Couch surfing and odd jobs is not high functioning IMO.
It is for a fentanyl addict.Unfortunately for him, he'll end up with a batch of poisonous cartel merchandise after which he won't be functioning at any level.

Strange how he says opiates give him peaceful sleep, someone who is not me found that true sleep was not an option under opiates, a part of you becomes awake and enjoys dreams throughout the night and they even found that house-settling noises disturbed them and caused feelings of fear under the influence of opiates.

seems like a really nice dude, wish him all the best. Maybe he manages to get off before it's too late, he seems to be trapped between neglecting the negative side effects this substance has on him and on the other hand the glimpse of he has to do something about it to tackle the underlying problems. I mean this purely unjudgemental, I'm not in his shoes...
I credit fetty for saving my life it gave me an opportunity to put the needle down forever since herion was not an option to smoke if I wanted to feel it, I haven't used one in years now,also herion was not financially easy also I don't wake up sick every day like herion did to me

Same. I snorted it but it lasts way longer than heroin so I didn't have to buy as much. Eventually, i tapered off.

God bless you . If you face hard situation in future treat your self by talking to god he will listen to you . Remember nobody care about you just God he is generous with us . Love your self work build a good family . Find modest wife who will sacrified for the family . If you find wrong women leave her and find another good women . Dont let hard situation send u back to drug . Always say iam strong i dont want this substance control me . Dont feel ashame from your self .forget about people . God is more important from any one he will protect u but you need to be strong .help ypur self and god will help you .

With a painful cancer. Hospice prescribed Fentanyl. When the pharmacy doesn't always have it,withdrawal symptoms have started in my experience. Sucks!!
Can't u get a different opiate if they are out I'm sure oxymorphone or diluated etc could really help prob less anlegesic which you may be looking for with the pains of fight cancer but you will find them more euphoric. Stay pain free but make sure if your fighting it you don't let the drugs weaken your system if your fighting it if not get real comfortable I highly suggest high dose psychedelics in therapeutic setting to get ok with death incase you arnt bufo 5meodmt the god particle puts one into the pure white light of unconditional love full death and rebirth and that may be helpful. Praying for you to beat the cancer got in my thoughts sending Health and love your way

I watch a different UA-cam channel called lost in Phoenix on street addicts some smoke 150 blues a day the tolerance happence very fast due to fent short half-life that's why it's so dangerous the constant need to redoes adds such extra danger in sure heroin death rate would have been way higher with a short half-life like fent

@@craigmiller6308i think fent was easier to quit. It lasted longer so I would buy less. Eventually, i started tapering myself down. Finally, i just stopped and dealt with the minor discomfort for a few weeks.
