You've got to be Kidde'ing. They look so sleek! Probably my favorite of the new generation of signals. The smoke detectors look cool, too.

Cool looking alarms. I knew Kidde made smoke alarms but I didn’t know they officially made actual commercial alarms.

Edwards made a wider version of those i saw them at the Moheican main office in ohio and some little kid pulled the station because they thought it was an exit button

These all look like EST products? Has EST and Kidde partnered?
Did you miss the Edward's logo on the box?
Wisconsin Sirens & Signals They always have. All Kidde does is slap their name on Edwards products. If I’m not mistaken the SIGA2 series detectors (seen in this vid as the KI-PD) had to be discontinued for some reason. I believe Edwards does not make them anymore unless they released a new version since then.

So what exactly is it? Is it a new type of EST Genesis LED?
Hello?! Can someone answer my question?
Kind of. EST used to have a different type of led genesis but that lasted no more than a few months. The alarms are actually kidde, not rebranded, but the detectors are rebranded hence the Edwards logo on the box. And for your question yes it pretty much is an improved led genesis, has the same sound as it’s older brother, the genesis series.
