Some lovely images and very useful advice, especially for pp. I'll definitely try and apply these techniques to my own flower photography. I hadn't appreciated the importance of the 'chin up' aspect, but in retrospect it's a definite feature of my better images. Having a waist level finder/screen makes this much easier.I was surprised by the reference to the portrait photographer Yousuf Karsh and Olympus. Y
That was absolutely amazing you seriously are a master of Your craft. Thank you for sharing unfortunately I cannot afford go shop I have a program called affinity photo which cost me 50 bucks or £50 in UK currency one off payment by I’m pretty sure when I have the hang of it it will do exactly the same stuff thank you very much for sharing love your flower photos thank you
I most often shoot with my Nikkor Z 50mm f2/8 macro lens; however, I use a 105mm f/2.8 macro, a 70-200 f/2.8 telephoto, and various Lensbaby lenses. Be sure to join my FB Group, "The Joy of Flower Photography" for some complimentary information on macro photography
