  • Food can have a positive effect on the pancreas and heal this organ, as long as the damage is not to bad. This primarily concerns blood sugar regulation, but also the cancer-protective effect. Antioxidant-rich foods such as blueberries and dark leafy vegetables protect the pancreatic cells from damage caused by free radicals and thus promote their health and function. Foods high in inulin also help to regulate blood sugar levels, which reduces the workload on the pancreas and increases its efficiency. Enzymes can also support the pancreas and help aid digestion.

    Thank you so much for this information. I’ve had pancreatitis since the age of 5. By the time I was diagnosed 13 years later my surgeon had to remove most of my pancreas my spleen and my gallbladder. Everything was full of stones and 2/3 of my pancreas was completely calcified. My daughter was diagnosed with the exact same thing when she was 8. She was written about in the British Medical journal because hereditary pancreatitis is so rare. I’m 60 years old now and have developed diabetes 10 years ago. Aside from digestive enzymes none of our doctors have ever spoken to us about the important role of diet or which foods would be helpful. I’ve discovered things on my own but it’s so wonderful to see videos like this. Thank you.

    Incredible ☀️of all medical advice your episode has enlightened my knowledge of nutritions related to pancreas because it’s specific, focused and detailed on one subject . I have a pancreas cyst, and the doctors are telling me there is a chance of developing further problems. So far, I experience some mild pain when I eat certain foods, specifically, acidic food such as tomatoes or hot chilies. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Looking forward to watch more of your episodes.

    I use all of these in my daily prep but they're not telling you is you should either use some berberine 500 mg also helps with pancreas also incorporating apple cider vinegar throughout the day I knew a half a tablespoon in a shot glass with some water after every meal and I have not only losing weight but my levels A1C everything was 300 I'm down now to 174 so I know this works but I don't take two capsules a day I take one depending on your body metabolism most that will happen is that will make you constipated but it definitely works for the pancreas

    • @WinterGK
      @WinterGK 3 місяці тому +1

      If your body is absorbing too many oxolates, then you most likely have "leaky gut" and the oxolates are going into your bloodstream.
      You probably have an imbalance in you gut microbiome.
      I am saying this because alcohol is damaging for the gut microbiome.
      To fix your problem you need to stop or minimize consuming foods that ruin your gut flora(alcohol,red meat,sugar).
      You need to eat foods high in "good bacteria"(fermented food or take probiotics).
      Its not enough to just add good bacteria. They will die if you don't feed them with prebiotics(basically fiber rich whole foods).
      If you do this correctly than you can fix your oxolate sensitivity.
      If you have a rare disorder that makes your own body create too many oxolates, then things are more complicated.

    PLEASE HELP : In September 2021, I started the keto diet, despite not being diabetic. After starting the keto diet, I began experiencing symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia. I stopped the diet and returned to eating carbohydrates, but the symptoms persisted. I lived with these symptoms for 2 years and 7 months. During this period, I began going to the gym and lifting weights, which alleviated all my symptoms, allowing me to live a normal life.
    Recently, I checked my post-meal blood sugar, which was 191 mg/dL. I was not diabetic before starting the keto diet, but now my post-meal blood sugar is elevated.
    What happened to me? Please analyze and provide a detailed answer.
