10 TOP foods to HEAL your PANCREAS - eat daily!

- Food can have a positive effect on the pancreas and heal this organ, as long as the damage is not to bad. This primarily concerns blood sugar regulation, but also the cancer-protective effect. Antioxidant-rich foods such as blueberries and dark leafy vegetables protect the pancreatic cells from damage caused by free radicals and thus promote their health and function. Foods high in inulin also help to regulate blood sugar levels, which reduces the workload on the pancreas and increases its efficiency. Enzymes can also support the pancreas and help aid digestion.

Growing up we eaten lots of pumpkins from our garden ( we had a good sized of our garden) we had everything from our garden freshly no poison chemicals. I missed those days. I still love pumpkins.😊
Wish I had known all this, many years ago, when my father, who I was his full-time caregiver, came down with Pancreatitis, and had to be hospitalized for a little over a week. But now at least I know for my own self care. Thank you.

Interesting and will include these new vegetables and foods in my diet. Thank you for your video!
Thank you so much for this information. I’ve had pancreatitis since the age of 5. By the time I was diagnosed 13 years later my surgeon had to remove most of my pancreas my spleen and my gallbladder. Everything was full of stones and 2/3 of my pancreas was completely calcified. My daughter was diagnosed with the exact same thing when she was 8. She was written about in the British Medical journal because hereditary pancreatitis is so rare. I’m 60 years old now and have developed diabetes 10 years ago. Aside from digestive enzymes none of our doctors have ever spoken to us about the important role of diet or which foods would be helpful. I’ve discovered things on my own but it’s so wonderful to see videos like this. Thank you.

Incredible ☀️of all medical advice your episode has enlightened my knowledge of nutritions related to pancreas because it’s specific, focused and detailed on one subject . I have a pancreas cyst, and the doctors are telling me there is a chance of developing further problems. So far, I experience some mild pain when I eat certain foods, specifically, acidic food such as tomatoes or hot chilies. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Looking forward to watch more of your episodes.

I believe this man is not speaking English, so it has been translated. Which would explain the lip movements not syncing.
I may be wrong, but that’s what I’m visualizing
I would also have just like the 10 foods, but I think many would be interested in the other details .
You are right. This a German medical doctor. It's being translated. He says so in his bio. He started his UA-cam journey only 2 months ago

Question: You discussed the advantages of "pumpkins," but the video displayed "squash." Was that a language translation issue? I would like to know because I find your advice and comments very helpful. Please respond. Thank you 😊
pumpkin seeds are another source of a good food?👍
I use all of these in my daily prep but they're not telling you is you should either use some berberine 500 mg also helps with pancreas also incorporating apple cider vinegar throughout the day I knew a half a tablespoon in a shot glass with some water after every meal and I have not only losing weight but my levels A1C everything was 300 I'm down now to 174 so I know this works but I don't take two capsules a day I take one depending on your body metabolism most that will happen is that will make you constipated but it definitely works for the pancreas
I thought you have to drink 1tbsp acv with water b4 meal ?? Is ok after a meal to take ?

cut the junk food, sugar high calorie zero nutrients, yes vegetable soup buy a good blender, get low sodium base soup broccoli cauliflower, spinach onions blend everything to make a cream. Fruit pomegranate , berry mix kiwi

What is autoimmune disease pcos endometriosis? Will tumeric worsen? What tests will confirm?
For people who have strong reactions to oxalate rich vegetables and nuts, is jaegermeister a good alternative for dietary bitters?
If your body is absorbing too many oxolates, then you most likely have "leaky gut" and the oxolates are going into your bloodstream.
You probably have an imbalance in you gut microbiome.
I am saying this because alcohol is damaging for the gut microbiome.
To fix your problem you need to stop or minimize consuming foods that ruin your gut flora(alcohol, red meat, sugar).
You need to eat foods high in "good bacteria"(fermented food or take probiotics).
Its not enough to just add good bacteria. They will die if you don't feed them with prebiotics(basically fiber rich whole foods).
If you do this correctly than you can fix your oxolate sensitivity.
If you have a rare disorder that makes your own body create too many oxolates, then things are more complicated.
@@WinterGK Thank you! 😊
Could you please provide some information on how red meat damages the gut flora.
Does grapes function the same as grapes ?
PLEASE HELP : In September 2021, I started the keto diet, despite not being diabetic. After starting the keto diet, I began experiencing symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia. I stopped the diet and returned to eating carbohydrates, but the symptoms persisted. I lived with these symptoms for 2 years and 7 months. During this period, I began going to the gym and lifting weights, which alleviated all my symptoms, allowing me to live a normal life.
Recently, I checked my post-meal blood sugar, which was 191 mg/dL. I was not diabetic before starting the keto diet, but now my post-meal blood sugar is elevated.
What happened to me? Please analyze and provide a detailed answer.
Thanks Everyone Here
Are you doing keto packages process or fat like avocado?
@@joanneclark8256 I Didn't Get you. Can You ask me clearly please
Thank you very much Dr U. Selz, much appreciated. God's blessings upon you.

I wish that I could take turmeric but it inflames my gallbladder (I have gallstones) and it becomes very painful.
Do you do lots if salads? Oxylates ?
oxalates ?
Not carbohydrate. It's digestion will be done in stomach _____
Is it pumpkin seeds?
Pumpkin seeds are good but he was talking about the pumpkin plant that grows in season in the fall autumn time. It's the ingredient in pumpkin pie in the United States.
If you want a 100% , took care of all the antioxidants in your cells, type of food, try black garlic. It's so incredible I'll let you look up it's seemingly endless support for healing. Sorry, blueberry, you're out of a job.
The same foods come up time and time again for health conditions.
So eat plants?
😂😂😂😂😂
there is no save place in the world
Yes there is, hidden in JESUS CHRIST IS !!!
I focus on steak amd eggs, i eat no carbohydrates or fiber. No need for either
Best advice ever.
All plant eating animals have like us a super long digestive system meant for fibre. You are living in illusion ie empower intuition.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂can’t fix that level of stupidity.
Just like me... Cheers! Those mystical antioxidants etc. really don't do anything after digestion. Body just throws them away as quickly as possible. Possible positive effects are due to a rise in one's own immune reaction towards them.
Different bodies respond differently to foods.
But take care, long term this type of diet causes it's own problems. In the same way long term veganism or fasting.
Everything looks ok for the first few years.
You keep cutting out when important things are being said!
I'm very grateful for the educational video.

Sorry, I can't trust an AI video where the words don't sync up with the lip movement...
🤦🏻♂️ This is called voice over. I am german and my videos are translated.
It could have been translated.. English isn't his 1st language
It’s very disconcerting to see your lips moving but not in sync with the narration. Yikes.
Someone is translating what looks like German
Be glad this information is made available!!!
