Alot of great artists made their own fantasy comic where they stand in the war against oWn and Legion, ofcourse like myself, i created comics too, but it was also time-killing. Its better to wait and finish your goal inplace of creating a "time-killing" project like CoP that overrides your time of your main goal.
Too bad, Ellis' death is much canon, but I am proud he's my favorite character. kudos for you, Ellis. You're the man. And good job for 'white lie' series. I hope we can have another SFM Movies to watch and have some different plot. I will look forward to that.
To be honest, I'd rather have Ellis die as a hero for protecting them then being left out for being a coward. And I think it's more of his character to cover them too since he is a very caring person in the game. So you made a great choice in killing him then ending up with him being hated in the end.
The part about the hunter changing his clothes, whenever I play left 4 dead 2 and find hunters, I'm always reminded of Alex Mercer. He almost looks like him. Changing the Hunter's clothes into that makes me think that other people might be thinking the same way.
Everyone (The Soldier most of all) hates Rochelle for causing the death of three fellow survivors. Well, she didn't necessarily cause them, although she did decide to abandon them to save herself. She isn't really a bad person or anything, she would just rather sacrifice others then die knowing she did the right thing. Looking from the Episode Three Trailer, The Soldier is given a choice to join the Angels of Death or remain with the group. Not knowing what her answer was, she points a shotgun on Rochelle nevertheless. My guess is Rochelle starts to panic, muttering to The Soldier trying to explain why she seemingly decided to leave Bill, Nick and Ellis to die. I have no guess to what happens next. Another thing she might do is react quickly and point her gun to the Soldier, saying she either walks away or dies. Rochelle is not really 'evil', just selfish and aggressive. Moving onto Zoey, the Apocalypse has really gotten to her. Coping with the death of Ellis must have been hard enough, yet alone thinking Nick and Bill are dead (Their fates are still unknown). White Lie has taken a grim yet interesting turn. Good luck carrying on LoneWolfHBS+
I had an idea to save Ellis without this version. 1. Leave Ellis's fate a mystery (just like Nicks) after the helicopter leaves the concert 2. Let Ellis meet up with Keith in The AOD. 3. Have Ellis come back while Zoey was captured.
One problem I have with Cult Of Personality is that some of the characters change team so fast. And the only way to identify them is by team, class, and gender but sometimes an OwN femsniper has red coloring but is on Owns side from what I gather from the # short.
I'm surprised that you chose to bring up CoP after the issues involving it in the past. Not discouraging it at all, mind. You have a lot more of my respect for doing this regardless. I was just surprised that you did this, knowing that it could likely bring back those...crazy fans if this gets back to them. Either way, props to you. Glad to know that both of my favorite series are continuing. Keep up the amazing work.

Many users would have the o.W.n clantag-esque to their usernames and have o.W.n custom sprays. I think there was even steam groups and roleplay, I could be wrong about that. Essentially, it was edgy and cringe to most players at the time.
I'd have to say I don't like the idea of White Lie being an interactive story, so I'm glad you didn't go with that. Being able to choose options to make some people live and others die cheapens their death, in a way. If you don't like what happens, you can go back and see the other option to see if it goes any better. That takes away the air of finality that comes with everything that happens in White Lie, and that would take away one of the main things that make me like it so much. The story is intense, and whatever happens happens.
All I know is that oWn was suppose to be a rebellion from Blu and Red. In which shows the whole war between Blu and Red are completely pointless. to me, having Legion in as another group that rivals all 3 groups can really show alot of interest more in the story.

I have suggestion on white lie ep.3 you can probably add the rest of the payday gang and they would help the main group and then Hoxton and Dallas would sacrifice them selfs for the main group how they would die is cannibals would kill them which it would affect Houston,Chains,Clover,and Sokol by Chains would go crazy and throws away most of there supplies then leaves then later find him with raiders and Clover or Sokol would sacrifice him/her and by setting off a explosive on him/her to kill the raiders and that would be part 2 of ep.3.🙂
ahhhh i understand it all. but in the choice of ellis' fate. for ellis it would all end the same, ellis dies, the alternative option would kill ellis emotionally and would eventually get himself killed, its better to keep the fate of the survivors in your hands, lonewolf. and also if ellis' alter fate would happend. It would be risky for the helicopter? Will it land or crash? So the alter ellis fate would make more survivor deaths then normal.

Good vid, I've only got one question and one request, my request is that you don't make the white lie an alternate ending series. I personally really like the story and i feel the story line reflects on the writer and gets a sense of how they enjoy making movies. Also wouldn't it just increase the work load for you? I mean you're already in the army (I'm in the process of joining so i know how hard it is to get free time), but yea i think white lie is fine the way it is, besides you always say its a hobby, make it how you want to :). Anyway my question is in the video you said CoP ep's 6-10, does that mean you plan to do more episodes or is that a reference to the story plot of MvM?

It is a hard choice between Canon and Non-Canon tbh...Both seem to have dark atmospheres eventually due to the death of either Nick or Ellis, but i guess i'd go with Non-Canon simply because i feel as if the whole Zoey/Ellis couple is drawn out across the entire community, and i guess i'd prefer the immediate darkness of Non-Canon from the get go.
i would the ellis covering his friends cuz if you choose the other one ellis well be hated and i dont wanna see that even if ellis dies he can save hes friends and not get hated by them and i dont wanna see zoey hate ellis:P

Would there be any way to actually "Fix" that choice or is it just like one of those Telltale games where they never let him live it down for the rest of his verdamm life... I mean I'm not trying to sound moody or an arse, but a "redemption" choice being added can make certain character regardless of path being able to redeem themselves in the eyes of the others would be a wonderful little addition. 'ell you can probably make a complete feckin' game to rival even the BEST of Telltale's games! Redemptions would add a little more of a realistic feel, even if it only affects it slightly it would still be worth it. Redemptions could probably have own choices like a "Heroic Sacrifice" option like going balls-to-the-walls charging in to help another only to die so that person may live or non-death ending alternative Such as covering fire that has similair effect, only for the consequence to happen later.. I may be overthinking it but I'd like if you give the idea a thought, even if you don't add it in or not it'd be nice to know you atleast gave it a little thought of this little idea.
So redemptions would most likely end in a heroic sacrifice kind of way. I like that. Even though they still might die (going by most common asumption here.) they at least die gaining back their respect. I just feel like I'm gonna to love the interactive version because of all the choices. I'd like to see one redemption where they pull a friggin' epic last second rescue like one gets horribly beaten up and then the redeemer just runs out there, risking their life and pulling off a kickarse rescue while they're doing it. Perfect redemption for Ellis in my opinion. (this ironically isn't to far fetched of a thought, If a Australian COMBAT MEDIC in WW2 faced friggin' DIRECT MACHINE GUN FIRE while saving 12 different wounded US Marines.[Leslie "Bull" Allan was the fella's name, awarded Silver Star for the action. Look this fella up, this aussie was a genuine badarse!] )
i have a question: in cult of personality the Milestone Trailer: Halfway Point there was a battle but in the beginning chapter five own took it over so what happened to the battle on that map?
Personally me myself as a subscriber and viewer feels like you should continue the story without the interaction until you finish the series. Then afterwards you should go for the interactive, Tell-Tale like story to see what choices the viewers/subscribers make. Unless there's a reason why to start it as soon as ep 3 ends in White Lie?

I'd have to say I don't like the idea of White Lie being an interactive story, so I'm glad you didn't go with that. I thought legion was dead mercanaries and come for revenge which explains y they r so ghostly n only pyrovision allows u to see them
ellis's death was something of a die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villan type thing

What if you make Ellis come back in the end but infected and after seeing Zoe he gets friendly and when the hunter comes back infected Ellis will try to fight him while the others leave. (Infected Ellis has to die while Zoe seeing him jus for some drama lol). Reply if you like it :)

(Please use the read more.)Oh 'ell now I hate myself for wanting Ellis to live past the concert scene.. Would there be any way to actually "Fix" that choice or is it just like one of those Telltale games where they never let him live it down for the rest of his verdamm life...
I mean I'm not trying to sound moody or an arse, but a "redemption" choice being added can make certain character regardless of path being able to redeem themselves in the eyes of the others would be a wonderful little addition. 'ell you can probably make a complete feckin' game to rival even the BEST of Telltale's games! Redemptions would add a little more of a realistic feel, even if it only affects it slightly it would still be worth it. Redemptions could probably have own choices like a "Heroic Sacrifice" option like going balls-to-the-walls charging in to help another only to die so that person may live or non-death ending alternative Such as covering fire that has similair effect, only for the consequence to happen later..
I may be overthinking it but I'd like if you give the idea a thought, even if you don't add it in or not it'd be nice to know you atleast gave it a little thought of this little idea.
So redemptions would most likely end in a heroic sacrifice kind of way. I like that. Even though they still might die (going by most common asumption here.) they at least die gaining back their respect. I just feel like I'm gonna to love the interactive version because of all the choices.
I'd like to see one redemption where they pull a friggin' epic last second rescue like one gets horribly beaten up and then the redeemer just runs out there, risking their life and pulling off a kickarse rescue while they're doing it. Perfect redemption for Ellis in my opinion. (this ironically isn't to far fetched of a thought, If a Australian COMBAT MEDIC in WW2 faced friggin' DIRECT MACHINE GUN FIRE while saving 12 different wounded US Marines.[Leslie "Bull" Allan was the fella's name, awarded Silver Star for the action. Look this fella up, this aussie was a genuine badarse!] )

Personally me myself as a subscriber and viewer feels like you should continue the story without the interaction until you finish the series. Then afterwards you should go for the interactive, Tell-Tale like story to see what choices the viewers/subscribers make. Unless there's a reason why to start it as soon as ep 3 ends in White Lie?
