The Lot size was Great! Master Bedroom has a door to the Patio? Why not a Slide or French doors? Is Brown the only Exterior color the Builder provides? Appliances?
Excellent presentation, I love the different look of this home, not like every other home in Marion oaks… great kitchen and bathrooms… This home is a winner….. as far as the builder will they build on another lot outside Marion Oaks ???? I will be watching…

We love the house that you show. Because it's what my husband's looking for with a flat roof he likes the way you guys design it to the inside and plus we need a house with big garage space because we both have, I have 2 cars. I have a Jeep and I have a regular car. My husband has a truck and a Jeep plus we have pomotorcycles. We need something that's goingna be able to fit. Our little toys and he has a trailer where he puts his motorcycle. In plus we have a dog so. If you could make some magic for us, we would love to hear from you.
and we would like to go someplace. Nice and Marion oak. There's some places in Marion don't like but they are some nice places that I do like.

Hi Angelica! If you utilize the home as a primary residence then you can apply for Florida homestead tax exemption. That will help you deduct up to 50k of the taxable value of the home and won’t allow you’re taxes to increase more than 2% per year. So long story short, you’re taxes won’t go up more then 2% per year :) Hope that helps!
@@RenzoM4 Good evening, Mr. Renzo, me and my husband are retired. We live on a fixing income. We all have a home now in Pennsylvania and my husband would like to move to Florida. He loves some of the houses that you show some of them are a little bit more than what we could afford and some of them are in the right range. We are looking for something with no HOAO CCD D again because we are retired. You know, which 68 years old. And we are looking forward to seeing something in Ocala. You do show a lot of houses in Ocala. I am looking for something 3 bedroom. My kitchen needs to be far away from the living room. We must have a backyard cause. We need a level house.
