Both versions of the music from the Cinemax palette 🎨 bumpers stuck to my brain like glue. No matter where I went, no matter what I did, I just couldn’t shake these off as a kid. They would always resonate in my brain silently. The same went for the HBO laser light show bumper as well. Whoever engineered these movie channel bumpers was a genius. On another note; this intro must be from a stable, smoke free home VHS Tape. Thank you for this!!!
@@BuddyBoy600alt I don’t remember that one. Maybe because I didn’t, or rather, my Father didn’t have a Disney TV channel subscription back in the day. I’ll have to look that one up tho. I was just an elementary school kid when all this was around.
Cinemax needs to bring this back for classic throwback movies from their respective times. …..and yes, 4K would be great. The last time I saw one of those “modern day Cinemax” channels was 5 years ago. Boring intros!!!
+tvmattkc i wonder if you can go 9 years higher and upload more cinemax and it multiplex channels between 1997 through early 2001 as follows: MoreMAX ActionMAX ThrillerMAX 5 Star MAX @MAX OuterMAX W MAX can you upload those? Please?

Not to mention The Three Different backgrounds for the Disney Channel Feature Presentation (Clouds, Sunset, or Fireworks).

@@BuddyBoy600altHBO also had a laser pixel light show bumper, that was also cool.
@@jdrs4214 The music for the clouds version of the Disney Channel Feature Presentation was later reused for the Disney DVD Fast Play.
Brings back memories for sure.
I would LOVE to have this in Full 4K.

I miss all that! But now I'm stuck with Stars channel.
I think I still prefer the rock version (Introduced in April 1, 1988).
Do you have the version with the Keytar music?
Andrew Patrick Ralston has it.
This version was used from December of 1987 to April 1, 1988. On April 1st, 1988, They this retired and was replaced it with the Hip Hop music.
BuddyBoy600alt i was almost about to be born but it actually tropical music not hip hop but i agree with what you said about the version
@@MyJustin316 That version was not hip hop. And this was definitely not retired in 1988, because those ratings bumpers were not til 1989.
@@robjackson5245 i know it wasn't hip hop
@@MyJustin316 Whoops that was towards him not you, bro. Sorry
@@robjackson5245 oh its ok
