We caught up with Eventbrite CEO Julia Hartz to find out why building a team where everybody stands “shoulder to shoulder” has been instrumental in Eventbrites journey following the global pandemic.
Eventbrite is an online events marketplace platform that allows people to organise tickets, promote events and find unique experiences around them.
In 2018, the US company was valued at more than $1.8 billion and last year they sold more than 300million tickets to over 5million events.
In order to maintain this level of success, Julia emphasises the importance for the leadership team to operate as one instead of a team of separate leaders.
