I worked in the jewellery industry, and with the launches jacklyn does, as far as I can tell, we had the same pieces, just with our brandtag. The company I worked at was a reseller so the prices per piece were from 2-10 bucks, with eatings being the cheapest usually. I can tell you jacking is making a TON of money. You have to keep in mind that she probably bought them for the same prices we did so we are talking a few cents per piece. She is scamming these people. Those earrings are not worth more than 10 bucks.

I work in PR. So the way you get featured in these types of articles is you get journalist requests through email (for example ResponseSource). It would be something like “we’re looking to feature small business in an article about gifts” and you have to pitch to them why they should feature you. Usually it’s free, but sometimes they ask to receive the products “to test”. I don’t think I’ve seen any requests like this where they offer you to pay, but it might be different in the USA.
In the USA you 100% pay. As long as you pay you can get on any list for advertisement, ESPECIALLY JHill. Noone would advertise her lines for free because it's well known her companies are cheaply made & she's a huge SCAMMER

I used to work for a trade magazine publisher. While I am not saying all publications operate this way, the lists in our magazines were either paid positions, or a way to recognize regular advertisers.
To be honest, most brands pay to be on this kind of list in magazines and be in Vogue, Harpers Bazar and so on. So I don't get why people are upset if she did. They ALL DO! All these new brands made by celebs with articles in the best magazine pay to be featured in them. Its basic and then use it to promote their product "we've been feature in Vogue" girl bye.

The Oprah’s list part is kind of dumb to get angry about, because it’s literally like the NYT bestsellers list or Goop. Of course she didn’t actually use the product, do people think Gwyneth Paltrow actually uses all of the products on Goop? Or that the random book on the NYT list that you’ve never heard of is actually selling? No, they’re essentially paid endorsements. It’s the same thing as those “top doctors/lawyers” lists that come out in the local news.

To be honest, most brands pay to be on this kind of list in magazines and be in Vogue, Harpers Bazar and so on. So I don't get why people are upset if she did. They ALL DO! All these new brands made by celebs with articles in the best magazine pay to be featured in them. Its basic and then use it to promote their product "we've been feature in Vogue" girl bye.

I used to love JH but she's too much for me now, I can't support her with how she acts and how thirsty she has become.
