Lyrics

Sure I'm an Ulster Orangeman, from Erin's Isle I came
To see my Glasgow brethren all of honor and of fame
And to tell them of my forefathers who fought in days of yore
All on the twelfth day of July in The Sash My Father Wore.
Chorus:
It is old but it is beautiful, and its colors they are fine
It was worn at Derry, Aughrim, Enniskillen and the Boyne. From my orange and purple forefather, it descended with galore
It's a terror to them Papish boys, The Sash My Father Wore.
So here I am in Glasgow town, youze boys and girls to see
And I hope that in good Orange style you will welcome me
A true blue blade that's just arrived from that dear Ulster shore
All on the twelfth day of July in The Sash My Father Wore.
Chorus
And when I'm going to leave yeeze all, "Good Luck," to youze I'll say
And as I cross the raging sea, my Orange flute I'll play
Returning to my native town, to old Belfast once more
To be welcomed back by Orangemen in The Sash My Father Wore.
Chorus
I’m thankful that one of my ancestors was an officer for king Billy! 🔥🔥🔥
as there something. Wrong with my button .a thumbs up from me .as im Scottish and protestant.👍👍👍👍
One of my favourite tunes to play on my pipes
The last 12 July I attended was 2011. It was in Kilkeel Co Down. There was a reporter wandering around interviewing people asking what they thought of this "demonstration". I pointed out that this is not a demonstration as put but a commemoration or celebration of a period in history that shaped the world as we know it today. Think about it people , without the Boyne victory there would be no USA. Look at history.
A cultural parade, an ethnic celebration.
That’s very true, look how many presidents were Ulster Scots
Very good!
Its not the politics which matters. Its the culture. Well march even when there's a 32 county republic, which though inevitable won't be a defeat. No surrender!
A thirty two county republic is far from inevitable, 52% of Catholics support remaining in the Union so even if every last Protestant in ulster left, ulster would still be loyal
There will always be a place for Britain on the northern shores of Ireland.
No surrender 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧
@@sircoloniser5454not going to come about by vote or rebellion, but due to an inevitable complete collapse of the UK. NI has been an absolute failure of a statelet, cannot even govern itself.
Thank god our country still British 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
It's not going to happen.
Based and Orangepilled
Dangerously based
Fruity tradcaths will NOT like this
Happy 12th of July everyone
No Surrender

They better stop making a mockery of our British soldier's

In 2016 I toured the occupied north-east with my prod mate. We sauntered along the Shankill Road until we came upon a baby's Wear shop. Up front, a baby's bib, emblazed "No Surrender" You prods are the problem, go back to Scotland.
Lol. Most Catholics in Ulster have some Scottish ancestry. You're just a religious bigot. I think the Jesuits need to go back to Rome & Ireland would be at peace.
Nah, you irish nationalists are the problem, you should go back to Iberia were your gaelic fathers came from, not anymore native to ireland than anyone your telling to go back to scotland
It’s our history
Change the record
Planter song these orange people are the blight of ireland
The “blight of Ireland”, yet the only ones who made the land prosperous, both the farms and towns. Sadly the Gael destroyed NIs economy during their failed 30 years terrorist campaign.
@Fíonán Murphy lol never claimed any of that, typical Republican. Diluded as ever.
@Fíonán Murphy IRA fought for fucking hitler you dipshit
Cuchulain defended a 16 county province of Ulster against Irish attacks over 2000 years ago. About 1607 years before the first sign of 'planters'. About 1200 years before the first English arrived. Blame yourselves and keep making up the stories of oppression from outside sources.
Don't feed the troll (with potatoes)...
