Nice video! Very helpful. Would love to see more Go 3 footage from the longboard sessions using the magnetic-necklace mount or hat-clip mount. For action users it would be useful seeing how the Go 3's stabilized footage compares to the X3 in that situation

Do you mean a video on the different between the smartphone and the desktop app? I'd say if you're trying to share fast, then the phone app is the best option :)
Hmm good question; the X3 might be good since it's a different type of camera. The GO 3 is similar to the DJI in that you have to intentionally direct where you want it to film. The X3 gives you a bit more flexibility if you're using both at once.
@@NickKendall Thank you! I've been looking at x3 and the divided opinions about the fragility of lens and fogging up in humidity conditions holds me back. How do you care for your x3?
I have both as well, but find that I use the Go 3 more. I use the X3 more for interesting 360 degree overhead shots, etc., which I'll edit later. Great video, this is my current challenge with proper choice between these two cameras. So, if you use single lens mode on X3 it looks like you get quite decent 'regular' camera view, right?
