Thanks to all members and coaches would participated in this spec ad. It was an exciting 2 hours of hustle and high energy in short intervals to make this...so basically a normal class.
Thanks to Crossfit Woburn in Woburn, MA for providing the location and offering their gym as a set for this video. This was my old gym so it was great returning to the spot where I started my serious video career 8 years ago.
