Hey there! This song helped me through so many exams❤️ thanks for that. But i wish there was a Spotify version for this melody. If it’s possible could you add it to Spotify? Thank you again ☺️
Fun fact: you can train your brain to respond to a song in a certain way! If you put this on and do your hardest to study, and do _nothing else_ while it is on (pausing when you need to take breaks, even if it is just for a minute) your brain will enter study mode automatically when it hears the sound! It takes a while to build the association but it is _super_ powerful, and ADHD brains respond to that training really, really well. Addition: Believing that studying to music will prevent you from studying without it is a logical fallacy. It'll still be exactly as hard to study without music as it was before. You just _think_ it's harder because you've gotten used to it being easier, like how eating something very sweet will make other foods taste bitter even though they are still exactly the same. Don't let that worry hold you back. You've got this.
Throwing this out there- I am a high school teacher with ADHD using this to grade essays. To all the students reading this: we struggle, too. As a adjunct professor my advice to everyone in college, join the fraternity or sorority. And cheat on your academics. Everyone else does and they took away my ability to see where students sign in to the homework submission area. Most colleges and universities have transformed themselves into degree farms. After you graduate you need to know somebody to get a job in any field including medical school. A fraternity and sorority will guarantee you know the right people.
I feel relieved by reading you guys i was feeling so lost for a while I'm full of peace and concentration so much Gratitude 💜🙏 to all of you Blessings 😌
I’m feeling a bit sad and lonely as of late, reading this comment section genuinely made me cry. Knowing that there are so many kind people across the world who try to brighten up a strangers day honestly gives me hope for the future of this world. Thankyou.
This is magic. My 7 year old son enters the room, wander around while I am fixing my room listening to this, then he leaves and go to his room. all of the sudden he says: “Dad, can you turn it up a bit” I do, and curious I walked to his room and little dude is up to fixing his closet. I was like “what”. My son is not interested at all in doing this things and here he goes asking me to turn the volume up to music he usually hates ‘cause he says it’s too boring, to focus on something totally boring to him. He said he loves it, because it’s calming. Thank you, I think I found the solution to our problems.🤓
@@andreienache6290 1 year later, He is still into this music and has discovered more. It helps him focus on tasks he doesn't necessarily enjoy but knows need to be done.
I am 72 in early stage 1 dementia. I have times of high anxiety, frustration and angry outbursts. That was not me before. I was a very successful, intellegent man but now have trouble focusing and staying on track. This calms me so I can relax and pay attention to things that I want to accomplish.
I dont know you but you touched my heart ! There are supplements who can stop the progress of you disease. If you do not have the energy or patience to look for the right ones I hope you know somebody who can research the right ones for you. Best wishes from Germany ❤
Give up all sugar of any kind and get on coconut oil and CQ10. These are the things I wish I knew when my father had it. They actually are calling dementia type 3 diabetes now. Fingers crossed this is my lucky number to turn my life 180 degrees! 🎉🤞 hahaha the hard thing is to control my mouth and my emotional reaction
To the people out there who feel like you are a failure, remember this: maybe you were meant to fail, to understand the value of success; maybe you were meant to struggle, to understand the true meaning of peace; and maybe you were meant to be lonely, to understand the value of love. But you'll be okay. All you did was stumble over a stone in the road. It means nothing. Hope you have a great study session!
I will say, I think there's something beautiful in being lonely enough that every smile from a stranger gets etched as a permanent memory. that said, I'll spring for companionship the moment it comes and gladly leave that sort of loneliness behind me.
Exactly. God has given every person a purpose in life. He knows you will not reach every goal you make, ace every test you take, but he knows how hard you actually tried, whether you cheated, or not. He knows when you are nervous, and is always there when you need him most. He's just waiting for you to call him, waiting for you to ask for help. Just know, you are never alone. You may feel you are the first person in the world to be this bad at somethings, but remember "There is nothing new under the sun." It has happened before. God understands everything you are going through, and will ever go through. Even in the hard times. He will never put you in over your head. He may shove your head under to get your attention, but he wont hold it down. He will bring you up again. He will show you the way, you just need to ask. Just remember you are loved!!!!
This helps silence my extremely loud mind and allows me to focus better, especially when I'm overwhelmed by studies, reading targets etc. Thank you so much for this!
Iam leaving this comment here so that whenever someone likes my comment I get back to my study 😄 Edit- (Guys iam on Mars right now I hope I reach another galaxy) Okieee! Thanks it is working 🍀🎉
please never ever ever delete this. this is the most important video on UA-cam for me. Thank you so much. Always studying my hardest when listening to this.
I don't have ADHD but I have autism, and I find normal study music to be overwhelming for when I'm working on my projects or my writing, this is just perfect and as soon as I turned it on, i found myself able to focus without getting stressed over being overstimulated by music. It's nice to have these sorts of things out there, and I really appreciate this, thank you so much.
Did you know a lot of people diagnosed with adhd are also diagnosed with autism. I don’t have autism (ithink) but I am diagnosed with adhd but see a lot of similarities
@@kyararollock2090And vice versa I think. Apparently they're on the same gene like two sides of the same coin. I was just diagnosed with both autism and ADHD.
I don't have ADHD but I thought I'd give this a listen because I am always distracted while studying and I can never focus. I'm glad I did because it helped a ton. I was in a zone while listening to this and my finals are going on right now so this is really amazing. Thank you so much!🙌
Its not neurotypical to get constantly distracted while doing studying, watching tv/ movies. listening and remembering what people are saying in conversations multi and person to person. Trust me, if you are like me and noticed signs/ symptoms growing up or currently even in the recent past ie 5/10 years but kept convincing yourself that you couldn't possibly have it because of XYZ / your adhd dosen't present like others people's. Know that there are two clarified types combined which is what I have. and not combined type which means not having to hyperactivity part of adhd and then that would just ADD attention deficit disorder ( it not that we people have a lack of a deficit but an over abundance, but scientists don't listen to the community) Honestly, if you denie getting your tested and it turns out you do have ADD or adhd. You are doing a disservice to yourself and your life going forward. Medication isn't always for everyone and some don't get on with it for a number of reasons some don't feel they need it. But it can definitely and could really improve and impact your life in such a positive and amazing way.
@@masto1 again your not understanding the fundamental issue with people who have adhd like myself. Who struggle to concentrate on topics/ subjects/ conversation/meets/ we don't find engaging or interesting or stimulating enough to hold are attention. Its not just oh I find this thing boring, but its a physically and mentally exhausting to live with. Maybe you should do some research and update your understanding of nerodiverent individuals and that our brains are wired differently to those of neurotypical individuals. Even with things we enjoy we struggle with concentration, because our brain just can't stop, its sometimes to over stimulated and at the same time under stimulated.
@@littleowl22778 you feel personally attacked which I can understand but I dislike the effort to try to convince people who happen to say they can't concentrate of their ostensible diagnosis. It is no fun to go through the process. So if the person is not reporting about suffering why you even make the effort?
To everyone who's studying with this mix, here's a little checklist: • A bottle of water. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate 💦 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time ⚡ • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone 🎧 • Tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well ☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/ phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need 📚 Remember to take breaks whenever you need along with moving your body around a bit so you're not always sitting! Have a beautiful day/night ✨
Also: - Fidget toys - Blankets, or any other weather appropriate gear that you need. Make sure you are appropriately dressed, too. It's hard to focus when you are uncomfortable. - A timer, possibly.
I notice I neglect the bottle of water whenever I get too focused (or distracted like writing a comment haha) I need one of those sporting event hats that have water bottles attached to the side with a long straw so I'll just sit there and drink it 😂
I agree with all of these, however please note that Coffee, as much as I love it, can sometimes trigger or enhance ADHD within certain individuals. Another alt, as it is legal in the States and I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this, is weed. Now before anyone should hop on that wagon, please do consult your doctor as well as your therapist if you should take this and what strain could be best for you, as each person's bio is different when consuming MJ. ALSO PLEASE DO SO IN MODERATION! Just like with alcohol! That one is especially for the people that will skip over the first step. MJ can help you focus as well as calming down the mind, but as I said before EVERYONE's BIO IS DIFFERENT. It could cause you to be more anxious and stressed rather than help, so please do consult a medical professional before taking this. I would also like to point out, as with everything that could help, this is not a cure all! It's not going to get rid of all your problems, but it might just make life easier.
This has honestly changed my life. Everytime I begin my work I HAVE to put this on. If I stop for even a minute to look at my phone or do something else, I turn it off immediately and then put it back on when I begin working again. Doing so has trained my brain to work really hard and focus whenever I put this on.
By incorporating music into my work routine, I can manage a ten hour day of focus as a technical writer for a US defense contractor. Yes, I deal with symptoms very typical of a person with ADHD disorder. Diagnosed by at least 5 different psychologists and a few psychiatrists. I can see why depression is typical of this disorder. You just can't fit in. But I've acquired tools over the years to help me focus and push through. I will listen to this tomorrow. Thank you.
@Pleochroic Rainfall The tools are more like routines than tangible things, such as exercise (gym, walking); what time I work; the nature of my work (remote), which reduces distractions; setting basic goals for completion throughout my projects, etc.
I have suspected (unconfirmed) ADHD and this particular track SUBSTANTIALLY helped me focus while grading papers, a task I often find difficult to do without getting distracted.
@@_linlin_ Actually it's suspected by my stepdaughter who has friends who have confirmed ADHD and has observed in me similar behaviours to what she's observed in her friends. I have also looked at symptom inventories and a lot of it makes sense.
@@_linlin_ even if it's from tiktok or instagram if they show legit signs of ADHD then it's valid. yes there's a lot of bandwagoning with those kind of platforms however you forget there are still real professionals and people who, like me, share their experience with ADHD (i have been diagnosed by a professional) where other people can relate and reflect on themselves. it still requires a lot of researching outside of those platforms, of course, but don't discredit them entirely because a lot of quick information can be shared on them that help people.
don't waste another second. See a good therapist and get an evaluation. It should be done by a psychiatrist. I was just diagnosed way late in life. You will end up with many many regrets with regards to relationships, behaviors and work if you find out at 60 like I did. Proper meds work but most of all you learn the relationships between this disorder and your behavior and feelings...relationships you would have never dreamed existed. Best of luck.
I cannot tell you enough how helpful this track has been for my productivity. It's a repeating loop that doesn't sound too repetitive/bland but also doesn't distract. It's monotonous, like the work i'm doing but also manages to sound uplifting in a strange way that keeps me feeling postive while writing lesson plan nubmer 87.
Awesome music. I downloaded and I played your ADHD music clips in my bookstore and has a good effect for customers, especially for noisy restless kids.
This music has been a significant factor for me for almost a year. It had helped me to obtain my master's degree! I still listen to it whenever I need to laser focus or have a challenging task at work! Thank you for uploading it.
First piece of music to not give me massive existential dread and self hatred whilst studying. I will get this done, and so can anyone reading this. I do believe in you. We will move through this hell together. ❤❤
This gives me a stranger things/lo-fi vibe and I love it. I’m at work and was close to having an anxiety attack but listening to this helped me get my thoughts straight and keep working. 10/10!
I have been listening to all types of high frequency, 432hz, concentration music for WEEKS... this is the FIRST one that has absolutely CAPTURED me and put me into a ZONE. Definitely going into my faves for easy replay!
It changes keys just enough to be interesting, but is repetitive enough that it doesn't take away from the task I'm trying to focus on. There's also a muffled quality to it so it doesn't seem to be right in my ears when I'm wearing headphones, which has been my problem with listening to music on headphones. I prefer music playing softly in another part of the room I'm in, but that's not really possible at the moment.
@@seekingfinding6204 It also has an actual beat which acts as anchor points to hook into. All those binaural sounds are missing this and my brain goes crazy on them looking for "something to hold on to".
I have an exam tonight and this has really helped me focus on studying. I don't have ADHD, but I do struggle with anxiety and find it hard to focus without my brain racing with a million thoughts in times of high pressure, so thank you!
I'm preparing for my Proficiency Test in Korean Language and with my ADHD I've been through hell and back. I listened to this music while I was preparing to the most important exam of my life. Alone, at the library, every day. Hearing it now, after succeeding it, makes me so happy and thankful...
I am 53 i have struggled all of my life. Ive had addiction issues. Lots of trauma and grief. I didnt go to school mainly secondary school. I found it boring i would just be the class clown. I have never studied before. I have been diagnosed with all sorts depression anxiety (social phobia and agoraphobia) personality disorders such as non specific personality disorder?? Bpd ........... I was never diagnosed with ADHD until recently my daughter kept saying i had it. I asked my doctor they said probably but you are just you. Ive spoken to my recovery worker ( who i see for my addiction to heroin and crack cocain from which i am off of now) she has ADHD and said i 100% have it. Anyway ive just enrolled in an open university course. I really struggle with concentration and memory. I did my first assignment ( i crammed it all in on one whole day) i did get 91% 😊. Im now trying to prepare for the second one (there are four) this music does help me focus. So thank you so very much. I have an exam tomorrow and was freaking out because all of a sudden everything went away and my mind started racing all over the place (ADHD), for some reason this music just works and everything is locking back into place. Shoutout to my fellow neurodivergent hero-beings 😊❤
Back at you brother. its a crazy new world for me. For sure the beat is a slow paced heart beat. I've got some work to do so I'm gonna try it. How did your exam go?
I have been using this audio for about 2 years now. It helped in the beginning, but now when I turn on this sound it amazes me how fast I can crank out an assignment without picking up my phone or getting distracted. I never imagined I’d be able to do it. When I tell you, I will be using this sound til I die. It actually changed my life. A little caffeine + this sound makes you feel like a normal person.
This works like magic. I'm translating an article, and I spent 3 days on the first 1000 words and now with this playing in the background I reached 2000 words in 1 hour!!
I was diagnosed with ADD aged 10. Spent a lifetime learning to focus and now use my experiences as an SEN tutor. However: in my 60s, my ability to concentrate is weakening. This is by far the best background music for me to enable me to get on with the necessary desk work. It matters that people like me have access to the tools we need to be productively active. Thank you for sharing your skills with us; keep up the good work.
I suffer from severe panic disorder and anxiety but this song helps me recenter myself so I can fight off those silly brain chemicals easier. I’m so grateful that this exists.
I don't have ADHD but always listen to music while I do school tasks. Mostly dark academia playlists, but none helped nearly as much as this video did. I'm not sure what it is about this music but it helped me focus tenfold and hammer out a 7 page essay in a few hours when I couldn't focus on the topic at all before. Thank you so much for making this and helping all kinds of people with their work and studies. It really means a lot!!!
HOW TF DOES THIS ACTUALLY WORK!? the beats are timed perfectly and aren't uneven, and despite this song just being background music, it's not too boring!?
I have never been diagnosed with ADHD but the more I look into things for helping people with ADHD, the more I think I might have it. This helped me so so much with studying. Thank you. It's the predictive beats and variations of sounds that help keep me focused.
Same here, really related to ADHD stories, tips, etc. I was finally diagnosed at 28. The psychiatrist I saw was shocked that I hadn't been DXed sooner. It's extremely underdiagnosed in women and girls. Might be worth looking into.
I don't know why, but this gives me instant relief, calm and peace. I use it mostly for work in software development - but when I feel that my thoughts are getting too fast and noisy, I listen to this and my brain instantly starts to calm down. Thank you so much for that!
When I first started to listen to the music, I thought "No, this is going to be distracting" but once I cut the intrusive thoughts I was able to really absorb what I was reading, concentrate on it and understand it to a much greater depth than I was before. I lost an hour and really enjoyed some much needed reading. Thank you!
I do have ADHD with a light autism spectrum disorder and this is absolutely genius!!! I was desperate to find music which could help me focus without affecting me and stimulating me in one way or the other. I’m so happy I found this it helps me so much!! I tried to analyze what it does to me and I have the impression the steady beat in the background somehow keeps the attention of the part of my brain that otherwise „goes nuts“ and like that I’m able to use my full capacity to focus on the topic I want to study. It might sound stupid but it’s a little thing that gives back some quality to life - which was what I desperately needed!
This is the only video that actually helps me focus. I’ve gotten so much done, everything from listening to this during math tests to studying for my last exams and finishing up assignments. I love that the song also sounds like the Stranger Things intro, which is what initially made me fall in love with the show; the dark synth is mesmerizing.
Thank you! I have severe ADHD and this really does help me concentrate. Usually I need repetitive electronic music, or sounds like white noise for a number of things. Otherwise I mentally wander and every tiny sound distracts me and I have to get my thoughts back on track. This is amazing. It's just right for me.
Whoever reading this- may the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace. May you succeed in everything you do and soar aloft in life. 🙏⚘️♡
this gave me the idea of making music for people with adhd, write relatable lyrics about my mental health struggles and revolutionize music to help with mental health. I see now i'm not crazy, reading your guys comments, your struggles. I know now that this is my life goal.
Reading the comments here is really enlightening. For me this music is too interesting and so I find myself paying attention to it more than I do working. This is why I prefer brown noise. But at the same time reading the comments here makes me feel like I should Make use of it. Thank you to the ADD ADHD community always so supportive and willing to share helpful ideas
I don’t have ADHD, but this genuinely really helps me stay focused! How does it do it? Nothing else as worked. It’s like really allows me to forget everything else and focus on what I’m doing!
I'm super behind on my master's thesis and i'm freaking out, trying this + a Pomodoro timer, wish me luck! thank you all for being so kind and encouraging in the comments.
Ok I’ll admit I initially judged this as clickbait but I have legitimately been lost to this for 47 minutes straight and didn’t even notice it was playing. This is some good stuff. Thank for putting this out there! I am someone on the more severe end of the spectrum for ADHD.
The depth of these tones really resonates with me; it's like a warm hug for the mind. As a fellow curator of serene soundscapes, I appreciate the artistry here. Thanks for sharing the calm!
Music like this is really powerful. As someone with heavy ADD, I struggled to draw because of my racing thoughts, I tried listening to music to shut off my mind, but I couldn't silence the voices inside my head. This music did wonders and I was able to draw for 2 hours straight without any thoughts in my head distracting me!
Music has never ever helped me study but idk what’s about this one that just clicks my brain in a working mode I haven’t done any works in 3 hours and now I’m starting to almost finish up my assignment thank you so much!
Left the song playing for 10+ hours while studing and did not understand why the song was making me want to sleep Turns out I did not put it on repeat and yt sent me to a whole new other vibe and I almost felt asleep 5 times right before an important test remember to put it on repeat guys
I'm writing a Horror fantasy western and this music is really helpful, don't have ADHD or autism but do suffer from anxiety and depression. This is wonderful music and somewhat divine in nature.
Good luck to you! I'm in the process of writing a fantasy sci-fi myself. My first attempt at a novel in years. This really got me in the zone the past few days, the words just flow out.
If you haven't been tested or haven't had it explained by a professional, it very well may be what is causing the anxiety and depression - those aren't dis-eases but rather symptoms of other problems. I can say this as an absolute ....If you aren't dealing with a child or significant other with the illness then its safe to say that you have no idea how adhd manifests in real life. The media is of zero help - they are the enemy in fact. They spread ignorance at an almost criminal rate. There is great info on youtube to see if it resonates. It's very personal. I'm sixty, diagnosed in February. I lived a very examined life in my opinion and had no clue at all the relationships between my behavior and feelings. They fit into this theory like a glove and has frankly changed my life as well as the life of my wife who is living with a better person. I would beg anyone on the fence to just look into it. At 60 there is definitely a learning curve and morning period for the life you may have had if only. peace all
I have never commented on focus music before. I don't have confirmed ADHD, but I use a lot of coping mechanisms to get me through, I do have dyslexia however and it's been suggested to me by many doctors and psychologists to get it checked out but nothing comes of it yet. However, of all the coping mechanisms I've used this is really helpful to me just to calm down for a bit. Even out of all the other ADHD relief music I've listened to, this one has proved the most calming. Thank you for uploading this
Thank you ❤❤ a great music. I would suggest for who make ADHD music would be better to turn off comments because ADHD people will probably read the comments rather than focus on the music😂😅

Man this music just amplified my Medication powers by 10x. I can't believe. I hope I can get off meds and just stimulate my brain with this Amazing Music. Absolutely Beautiful and Magnificent!!!
As a person who suffered from depression and PTSD, and still suffering from anxiety disorder, OCD, and ADHD, I find these kind of music very peaceful. Since morning I've been bouncing my leg and as soon as I started listening to this (5 mins ago), I stopped bouncing it and I can calm my brain down. It is so hard to live when you are suffering from these all at once. But this is my normal!
Sending peace and calm your way. Hard to imagine how difficult that would be (I have ADHD, a very close friend of mine has OCD) and my heart goes out to you. Inspired by your strength!
This is wonderful! I don't have ADHD, but I'm thinking about getting tested cause some of symptoms are there and they worry me. One of the things is restlesness and unabilitty to focus when studying alone. I hate that feeling like something is crawling under my skin. This track was annoying for the first few mintues, but than I got sucked in and relaxed. The restlesness is gone and I feel at ease AND Im studying for my exams. Thank you, this is wonderful. Now I have a tool to help me with my restlesness.
Im studying for my serbian exam, this helps a lot, whoever reads this deserves lots of love, health and success in whatever theyre doing with this music! ❤️
This is literally the first video that has helped me concentrate for more than 10 minutes during studying. Whenever I play it, my brain goes into study mode and its great!!! Thank you so much for this video
It's currently 4am, and this is the only thing that keeps my nightly paranoia at bay right now. Usually I'd just lie awake with my lights on, eyes darting across my room because I keep seeing stuff move in the corner of my eye, but with this absolutely no thoughts come through.
Wonders. Simply wonderful. I played this because I was procrastinating and just stuck on "freeze" on creating a carousel post for my business and as soon as it started playing, my brain switched to work hyperfocus mode.

Everyone else does and they took away my ability to see where students sign in to the homework submission area. Most colleges and universities have transformed themselves into degree farms. After you graduate you need to know somebody to get a job in any field including medical school. A fraternity and sorority will guarantee you know the right people.

May I ask you something? Did you find a hard time communicating with children your age when you were young?
You're amazing! Thanks :) for this insight ❤
Thank you for this !!! It means a lot to me. Especially right now.🌺💮💮

Have you went to somebody that can diagnose you with ADHD? difficulty focusing is one of the symptoms.
Know that there are two clarified types combined which is what I have. and not combined type which means not having to hyperactivity part of adhd and then that would just ADD
attention deficit disorder
( it not that we people have a lack of a deficit but an over abundance, but scientists don't listen to the community)
Honestly, if you denie getting your tested and it turns out you do have ADD or adhd. You are doing a disservice to yourself and your life going forward.
Medication isn't always for everyone and some don't get on with it for a number of reasons some don't feel they need it.
But it can definitely and could really improve and impact your life in such a positive and amazing way.
@@littleowl22778 it's typical to get distracted while studying when you aren't interested in the topic wdym
@@masto1 again your not understanding the fundamental issue with people who have adhd like myself.
Who struggle to concentrate
on topics/ subjects/ conversation/meets/
we don't find engaging or interesting or stimulating
enough to hold are attention.
To everyone who's studying with this mix, here's a little checklist:
• A bottle of water. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate 💦
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time ⚡
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more
with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone 🎧
• Tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well ☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/ phone,
a few pens, paper or whatever you need 📚
Remember to take breaks whenever you need along with moving your body around a bit so you're not always sitting! Have a beautiful day/night ✨
me reading this while am fasting: bruh
Also:
- Fidget toys
- Blankets, or any other weather appropriate gear that you need. Make sure you are appropriately dressed, too. It's hard to focus when you are uncomfortable.
- A timer, possibly.
I notice I neglect the bottle of water whenever I get too focused (or distracted like writing a comment haha) I need one of those sporting event hats that have water bottles attached to the side with a long straw so I'll just sit there and drink it 😂
This is sound advice! Thank you!
This is like magic. It works!

it IS kind-of creepy how much it helps, isn't it?

This has honestly changed my life. Everytime I begin my work I HAVE to put this on.

Thank you.
Wish you strength
All luck to you, brother.
You're a boss!
um, hi! Can you elaborate on the said acquired tools? point me in a direction? thanks in advance
@Pleochroic Rainfall The tools are more like routines than tangible things, such as exercise (gym, walking); what time I work; the nature of my work (remote), which reduces distractions; setting basic goals for completion throughout my projects, etc.
I have suspected (unconfirmed) ADHD and this particular track SUBSTANTIALLY helped me focus while grading papers, a task I often find difficult to do without getting distracted.
if it's suspected by TikTok and instagram reels then it's not a valid speculation

It changes keys just enough to be interesting, but is repetitive enough that it doesn't take away from the task I'm trying to focus on.
This music has helped me to focus and control my anxiety more times than I can count. Thank you!
I don't have ADHD, but I get bored when it comes to studying, this is the best audio yet!!
This is very helpful for someone who has diagnosed audhd
Music has never ever helped me study but idk what’s about this one that just clicks my brain in a working mode I haven’t done any works in 3 hours and now I’m starting to almost finish up my assignment thank you so much!
Left the song playing for 10+ hours while studing and did not understand why the song was making me want to sleep
Turns out I did not put it on repeat and yt sent me to a whole new other vibe and I almost felt asleep 5 times right before an important test
remember to put it on repeat guys
At 60 there is definitely a learning curve and morning period for the life you may have had if only.
peace all
@@TheVoidofNothing11 Yes, good luck to you too. It's a hard process and sometimes overwhelming but keep chopping, for that tree will eventually fall.
Please tell the name so I can buy it! (after it's complete of course)
Listening tlo this while reading a dark and sad (auto-)biography (Sue Klebold) and it fits the mood perfectly.
This music is incredible. I've gotten more things done today at work than I have in a very long time. This will be on everyday. Thanks so much!!!
Thank you for uploading this
as one who deals with ADHD daily, this helps a lot. thanks, I needed this.
Thank you ❤❤ a great music. I would suggest for who make ADHD music would be better to turn off comments because ADHD people will probably read the comments rather than focus on the music😂😅
Lmao
Bro I just read this lol
is crazy how other "focus" music gets me bored or sleepy but these one for ADHD gets me everythime!
much better than those non stop irritating piano based ambience videos.
Yup

It works! Just go to 11:11 and see the magic! All of my troubles, pain and fears vanished away. Got a new mindset of living life. This is the start of my life. Thank you so much.
Stop reading the comments and get back to work, solider.

@@KHilski uh oh I'm getting overheated again
yes solidor
I dont have adhd but still I love this video. Studying for my exams with this audio helps me a lot
Im not diagnosed with ADHD but this is the first time i found something that could actually make me concentrate on my school work. Thank you so much ❤❤
Man this music just amplified my Medication powers by 10x.
Sending heaps of love and support your way dude ❤
I'm not ADHD but this audio is truly a blessing for any deep work session.
Excellent. Helps silence the brain noise 100%.
Usually I'd just lie awake with my lights on, eyes darting across my room because I keep seeing stuff move in the corner of my eye, but with this absolutely no thoughts come through.
you know light prevents you to have enough melatonin. right? the more you expose yourself to the light, the less sleepy you will get.
Hope who ever is reading this is staying hydrated during your focus session. Good luck! 💖💖
this is literally the only playlist that actually helps
Wonders. Simply wonderful. I played this because I was procrastinating and just stuck on "freeze" on creating a carousel post for my business and as soon as it started playing, my brain switched to work hyperfocus mode.
