Women. They must be bound to be dressed at a minimum level of modesty even though they do not follow Islam. So, they get the blessings and safety of their obedience to one God. No safety for own whims and desires showing own attractive looks is true safety. The safety that you are asking will get the women into hell with full safety and it's a guarantee 💔
So obey God and obey the messenger of God. God created you only to obey Him.
