    Few errors that I'd like to correct. Oil and natural gas were interchanged in this video. But they are not the same thing. While demand for oil is declining, actually demand for natural gas is high and it won't decline anytime soon because its need in generating electricity and supporting the development of grid with renewables. Additionally, the Qataris have one of the largest sovereign wealth funds which brings in a lot of money regularly. Taking natural gas money and investing it in real estate and other businesses abroad.

      Found this from the experts at McKinesey: "Gas will be the strongest-growing fossil fuel and will increase by 0.9 percent from 2020 to 2035. It is the only fossil fuel expected to grow beyond 2030, peaking in 2037. From 2035 to 2050, gas demand will decline by 0.4 percent. This relatively moderate decline is due to hard-to-replace gas use in the chemical and industrial sectors, which limits the impact of an accelerating decline in gas used for power."
      So it looks to be relatively flat between today and 2050. With more countries getting into LNG, I can see their being a pushdown on the LNG prices. Qatar also has 100 or so year of reserves based on current production rates. I don't think Qatar is in that much trouble but they still have to diversify because the up and down markets and uncertainty of the future.

    Understanding the concept of Binary is of great importance. People thinks investing in Binary is all about buying coin and then allow it to rise, come on! It takes much more analysis to become a successful binary investor. Investors who are optimistic in STOCKS, FOREX TRADING, BINARY OPTIONS,.... are earning massively from it. I did a 3 day stopover in Doha this past October while on my way to Tanzania (solo female traveler). Felt 100% safe and never had any rude, aggressive male harassment ever. Yet, I found the place to be oddly soulless. There's definitely that Disneyland, no-expense-spared aesthetic with these huge wide open spaces and hardly ANY people, but also grueling construction zones in the some parts of the city (all black and brown people, non-Qatari doing that labor). It all felt like a strange dream. I definitely took note of all the foreign workers everywhere. I even ended up having Henna painted on my hands with someone I met via social media. She too - foreign. Interestingly, she told me lots of details about the ins and outs of owning a biz there. You basically have to have a Qatari "sponsor". All these foreign workers - they make a pretty big sacrifice in many of these Gulf states: they surrender their passports while in the country. Think about that for a minute. It's a pretty scary prospect. Since my time traveling in both Qatar and then UAE on this trip, I have chatted with a few colleagues of mine (I am a registered nurse). I know several nurses now working with me in the US who are from the Philippines that have had stints working in some of these countries and I have heard a few horror stories. One nurse told me, "Yeah. You don't EVER mess with a local". Now consider that "messing" with is pretty difficult to define. One particular male nurse (Filipino) she worked with was suddenly just whisked away from the hospital by police. He was back at work about a week later with his head shaven (he was being prepped for imprisonment, I guess). Some 16 yr old (and this is key - Qatari citizen) patient made some accusation and just like that, this nurse is off to prison - no due process, no innocent until proven guilty. I'm so happy for my nurse colleagues that are now safely working in the USA. These human rights violations concern me. I have wondered whether it is even good ethical practice to fly some of these venerable Mideast airlines (Emirates, Qatar, etc. - by the way, all staffed by non-Qatari, non-UAE citizens). I'd be curious to hear what others have so say on this.

    fun fact
    despite is size qatar has the same natural gas deposit as russia
    which would translate to even more way they could be the richest nation on earth by overflowing surpluss revenue and investing it to global market so it would grew even more

    • @Wasnt-1
      @Wasnt-1 2 роки тому

      @Bub Ibju nah bruh small nation + small population means less money to spend
      most of the qataris are millionaires and billionaires so the government doesn't have to spend a dime to their healthcare and financial assistance
      because of their small land and already progressed infrastructures the government doesn't also have to spend a dime for roads hospitals schools bridges and so on and so forth
      which equates to more money to get and no money to spend in 2021 alone they made $87.2 billion in oil and gas industry and there's not indication of it stopping in any near future even if the oil industry becomes worthless because of the ev and solar emerging markets they could still rake in billions with their gas deposits

It ain't need any as the Iranians are the stronghold of faith, loyalty and education & good cultured women & thousand years of old civilization which is still growing strong. Every country has rich and poor divide. Economy is run by the foundation of poor & middle class people which will always be in that way.
