I used to run a major business and real estate relocation site over a decade ago during boom time and it strikes me that people still have the same stereotype idea of Dubai 😅

There are a lot of "bro UA-camrs" who have made videos about living in Dubai, but this series of yours has been the best I've ever seen. You come at the topic with a great deal of intelligence and practicality (and humor, too; who can forget your "man in a dress" comment?). I am seriously thinking of relocating and you have been a great help. Thanks/gracias.

I believe a lot of the people who criticise Dubai are simply just intimidated by the city

It’s not right for everyone which is fine, but also people have false ideas about it based on ideas they have heard that are not true

A month ago I made a tour through Oman and the Emirates. I loved Oman. I found Dubai very disappointing. Dubai has no culture and conviviality. Dubai is highly overrated.
I have been following developments in Dubai for over 24 years. I've always wanted to see that city. But unfortunately it is very disappointing.

One of the best experiences for all my colleagues and me, it was a more complete 2 month trip when we were often in the less super developed area. 9/10, very good point on how people are likely intimidated, most countries don't grow at the rate the UAE is, so they're not used to seeing it, not to mention the wealth everywhere, which should be inspiring for most in my opinion but yeah won't be everyone's cup of tea or will blindly hate without visiting or arent willing to have an abundant mindset concerning wealth. Dubai will be one of my bases this year and I'll pick a different country as well that's more chill and has more nature to balance it out and travel between the two

Dubai is called the Pearl of the Gulf, and the city of Jeddah is called the Bride of the Red Sea.
Jeddah also has wonders such as the King Fahd Fountain, the tallest fountain in the world, the Jeddah Tower, the tallest tower in the world, being built, the flagpole the tallest flagpole in the world, and the Jeddah Dome (Jeddah Dome), which is the largest dome without columns in the world, and historic Jeddah is one of the arts. Hejaz urban development, and the MARAFY project, the longest water canal in the world, is being implemented.
The Arab Gulf countries are active in construction and cultural development.
I sent you a message about major Saudi projects in different regions of the Kingdom.

In NYC, you can get $1M+/year salary (without being in C-suite), which is close to impossible in Dubai or London or Europe (only Zurich comes somewhat close in Finance or Tech). NYC is its own class for that reason because of economic/job opportunities. Yes - If you can run an online business, then sure, Dubai is a great choice.
